If you use a fake name you can only change the name but if you use a real name you can get full refund but you wont get the fee back hope that helps

I just got email from walter with my tracking number my money is not picked up yet I will have to change the receiver name that I will do on Monday.
oliviahoney Since: Jul 10 50 Location hidden	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #531 Feb 10, 2012 if your money is available don't take refund it will cost you fee for resending and the one you already paid. only ask them to change the receiver name and they will do. you will have to provide them the documents that you are the real sender that's all and the name will be changed in minutes.
