OK, so sunscreen keeps UV light out, but what else gets in? I'm not saying that Sunscreen shouldn't be used, but think about it...You are putting chemicals on your entire body, then your pores open up because you are sweating, and you absorb all those chemicals that are supposed to protect you from a sunburn.

Plastics, lead, chemicals from perfumes, shampoos, etc. what are these doing to our bodies? the last 10 years there seems to be many more birth defects (autism for one) that just can not be explained.

Last year, the FDA approved a new sunscreen ingredient that have been available in Europe and Canada for years. Sunscreens with the new ingredient are FAR SUPERIOR to any those without. I used to buy sunscreen online from Canada because it was so much better than the stuff in the US.

Look for sunscreens that contain Avobenzone and Oxybenzone. There are several brands to look for. One is Neutrogena with Helioplex (a proprietary name for a formulation of Avobenzone and Oxybenzone).
