Thanks. I use too little sunscreen. And I don't add more while out in the sun for 5 hours playing golf.

Now I'll change.

Yeah I hear you with the sunscreen! I'm so paranoid of the sun now, that I rarely go outside for more than 15 minutes because I don't want to get wrinkles (or cancer). And I have found a sunscreen that works really well and lasts a long time (Shiseido Ultimate Face Cream - spf 55) because it has zinc oxide in it, but even the best sunscreen is not going to fully protect you from the sun!
