We travel all over the world and now use a product called Deetfree Natural from the Uk. Its a natural insect repellent and has sun cream and aftersun in tubes. My aunt gave me some to use last year and it really worked - but with the croc on the bright label I keep it hidden in my bag! Probably why its one of those best kept secrets.
