Great news, but please don't quote the hippocratic-bereft Dr. Sporn who always categorically disparages anything that doesn't support the pharmaceutical cartel.

For example Sporn says "The use of dietary substances like the antioxidant vitamins C and E has been pretty much a colossal failure for protection against almost any kind of human disease," Sporn said, "because when you eat them, they don't go where you want them to ... and as soon as your body uses them up, they're gone."

Umm ... all substances are gone after your body uses them up. That's what it means to use them up. What's more is that antioxidants "don't go where you want them" only if you use them improperly - and the ACS has ALWAYS used them improperly.

Although the pharmacokinetics of antioxidants like ascorbates is new to Sporn they are easily solved. IV ascorbates for example are extremely effective in fighting more diseases (including cancer) than any other substance because they can safely be administered in concentrations where they safely saturate every cell in the body. The colossal failure has been Sporn's prejudice against administering these substances in concentrations that successful experiments and case studies suggest.

Sporn, like the rest of the medical community would prefer to throw the baby out with the bathwater using justification from the inadequate concentrations used to debunk Linus Pauling's work. And why not!? How dare a non-MD like Pauling declare that he discovered a miracle cure ignored by the medical community since Klenner's remarkable work with Polio and ascorbates! That's the kind of mentality you can expect from Sporn. His name ought to be changed to "Dr Spurn".

Until a cancer therapy can be lucrative you'll never see any support from those like Sporn who make money off of cancer, the #2 killer in the United States, costing more than the Iraq war on an annual basis.
