Monday, Sept. 27th

I am starting Adipex tablets on Monday, Sept. 27th. I weighed in at the Dr. at 168. According to my scale I weighed in at 173. So, since I plan on weighing in daily, I am going to use my scale weight. I plan on going all out this weekend! and eating whatever I want! Start fresh on Monday! I will repost my Monday morning weight, and let everyone know how I am doing, for anyone interested. I would love responses back and to follow others journey. Although I am not hugely overweight, I carry my weight in my middle, and see a heart specialist once a year. By May, he wants me to be at 145- 150! So, Lets see what I can do! Of course, i also am going to exercise, walk, and do Exercise TV workouts. Talk to you all soon.

Update- I see some people talk about the cost of Adipex.I did get my script from my physician, and insurance did NOT cover it. My cost at Discount Drug Mart was only $16.99 for a month supply.

It is Wed. Sept 30. Day 3 for Adipex. Have lost 3# so far. Not too shabby I think. I eat about 1200 healthy calories, 64 oz of water, and walk about 2 miles, and some strength training.

I have lost 3# so far in 10 days. I slipped onmy dieting this past weekend. Had a wonderful dinner and movie date with my husband. Popcorn and a martini had set me back up a pound. ;( So, wish me luck thru this next weekend. Doctor visit on Monday, 12th.
