Hi Jessie,

I am sorry to hear that he won't take care of you. I won't be ordering from him if this is how he treats you when he KNOWS that you did not receive. That is why he has ORDER CONFIRMATION service, and why you have to sign for it. He may or may not know when it reaches the US, but he knows for sure that you didn't get your order. I suggest others avoid JP and meds2U until he does the right thing and Jessie gets her order.
Jessie, be carefull with that plumpeachy person. I have no personal experience with him/her, but I have seen some negative stuff. I wouldn't order there...just have a bad feeling about it.

I got an email from plum peachy no way to track anything I said no thanks. I refuse to order.

I wasn't offered order confirmation with meds2u the last time I ordered or this recent one. I only get the RRXXXXXXXMY number when it ships but nothing gets updated by usps until it gets delivered so it's pretty much just so that no one can say that they never received their order.

I keep writing back and forth with him. My first order was received in 1.5 weeks and I have other friends that have had the same positive experience. I told him that I will hold out until Monday before initiating a charge back with my account, in hopes that between today and Monday afternoon the package would have arrived. He keeps saying it wouldn't be fair to him to reship an order but also it wouldn't be fair to me to pay for something that I am not getting. Either way, it's not about being fair, it's about customer service. He offers an amazing product and it's a shame that I won't be using his services anymore. I'm just glad my order wasn't massive.

Funny thing is that I had an alert on my phone set to re-order more today (I was low on cash so I only ordered 30 days as a rush order because I am going away on vacation on Tuesday--thank god I still go to the gym and wasn't solely dependent on these).

I will keep you ladies updated on the progress come Monday. I doubt he's willing to send another order in good faith, knowing that he's sending it to a loyal customer that has referred 10 people already.

Open comment to JP at meds2U,
So, am I correct in assuming that you have a 'NO RESHIP' policy? Perhaps you should make that very clear. It helps your potential customers decide if they want to take the gamble. It is considered bad business to make up the rules on the fly. If you reship to Jessie, and she receives the original order later on, are you afraid you wouldn't be paid for the reship? Why would she want to ruin a good business relationship for the price of a reship? Why would YOU want to lose good customers for the price of a reship (that you would more than likely get back)? Bad business practice, JP.

Started the process with my cc company. Mistakes happen, things can get lost in the mail, whatever. The lack of customer service makes it easier for me to ask for a refund. I do feel a bit bad though because I saw that with ipay88 the seller gets a charge for any chargeback but I also work for my money and I don't give it away for nothing.

Really, if he had even offered to send half of what I paid for I would've been satisfied and even order again. I don't think he's a scammer because like I said my friends and I have ordered before and I don't intend to prevent people from using his services but I guess if it happens to other people you know what you can do. Remember, this is already over 1 month of waiting.

I am going away tomorrow for a week so I'll let you guys know how the chargeback process goes/if I come home and find that they have magically appeared.

funny how I just got on to update. I received a charge back from my cc company and was told that if it was disputed that I'd have to send them e-mails from jp with my conf. number, the exchanges where I was telling him nothing was happening/he kept telling me to wait, as well as the printout from usps. I said it was souvenirs...whatever.

it sucks and i'd hate to be the one to ruin this for everyone but like i said, if he offered to even send me half of what I ordered I would have been making full orders again. Things can happen, whatever, but it's about repeat business and giving a little. I paid for a certain amount and would've gladly taken half. I don't know many people that would do that with anything!

I'm curious to see how anyone that's ordered after mid June has fared.

Wow...about 60 days later I have my package. I just got home and there it was. I'm calling my card company in the morning to see if I should ask JP for another invoice (i don't like to screw people...bad karma) or if they will just reissue the charge from their end.

But hopefully he will have better communication with his customers in the future. I mean, had i known id be waiting 60 days I wouldn't have ordered most likely. As it is I've lost 18 lbs working out during that time.

There was no last name in the package which could have made it harder to ship but the date that it was sent is hard to see so I'm not sure when it was actually sent.

And nobody needs it. But it def helps with cravings. We all knooow that to lose weight we must eat less and workout. But food just tastes too good to me and I hate working out. I wouldve lost more but my appetite remained the same and I can't deny my tummy and brain some chips or pasta if it wants it! I went out with my friends a lot less (very tough in the summer) and didn't drink beer on the days that I did. My social life suffered but my body and clothes and self esteem thank me. Now...to lose some more!

I ordered from HQ drugs, paid the extra $50 for trackable expedited shipping and it got here...eventually. took over a month and I am not even sure that it was real. want to look elsewhere.
