Getting Off Paxil - STRANGE FEELINGS

Hi All -

I've been on Paxil for 24 days now and my sex drive is completely gone and I'm having rushes of extreme anger. My emotions are gone - I can not get happy or sad. I am like a zombie. I cried last night for the first time in years.

I am getting off now and am wondering how long these feelings will last and if my emotions will come back in the next week or two. I was put on 10mg and cut to 5mg today and am not going to take any tomorrow.

I'm very scared that my chemicals are all screwed up and want some positive feedback. 24 days is a very short trial so I don't "think" withdrawal will be that terrible.

Hello Readers,
I have had the scariest life since first introduced to Paxil. My daughter was born with severe heart defects and has had multiple surgeries and a stroke.
She's lucky to be here at all. And as for me I have
had horrible affects from the drug. It certainly does mess with a human being's body chemistry.
It's detroyed my little girls chance for a normal life, as she only has half a heart.
