Are bumps possible side effects?

I started taking 20 Mg Paxil 3 days ago. I take it at bed time. The next evening, I noticed a small, red tender bump above my left breast. I seemed warm and looks like a bug bite but does not itch. I also noticed on in my arm pit. The next morning (Friday) I put in a call to my doctor, but they are closed Friday so he won't get back to until Monday. When last night (Friday night), I noticed another similar bump around my waste line. This one is not warm like the first one.

The only thing that has changed in my regiment in the last week has been starting Paxil. Since one of the bumps seem warm, I thought maybe it was an infection somehow. I do know that infections are a possible side effect of Paxil. I also take Enbril for arthritis, and that effects the immune system, so I am very concerned.

I guess my question is: has anyone else experienced these symptoms on Paxil? What can it be? Should I stop Paxil until I talk to my doctor?

BTW, I am 45 years old and male.

Hi-I just started taking paxil within the last two weeks and I've been getting a few small red bumps on my arms. I have also been brusing easier. I hope that your bumps have gone away by now. Mine seems to be going away-i thought it might be eczema?
