I am no longer able to work due to pain, fatigue, insomnia and other auto immune diseases. I have found that DIET IS KEY to feeling as good as possible. Eliminate processed and packaged foods and make 80% of your diet lean meats, vegetables and fruits. I also try to stick to organic when possible. My mantra has become use it or lose it. The less I do the less I am able to do. Keep active even if it means just getting outside to walk a couple of blocks. Good luck to all and God bless! you have come very close to it but not right on top of it see my comments on pain forum

And good luck with that topix investigation, because that also is a lie. You along with others have been very helpful in showing the mental illness these so called FM pts have. Very vindictive and violent. Thanks again slick. You are a disgusting person! Dr or not, you clearly have no business with patient contact! I sincerely hope you wake up one day with our symptoms and they progressively get worse and you meet a dr like you who laughs and calls you crazy mental person! If you think anyone with FM would not give anything to be active and hold a job and be able to live pain free you are a stupid stupid man! Sleep well sir for you never know what tomorrow may hold for you!!!

Fibromyalgia is caused by an overburdened and broken down immune system. I overcame this condition as well as crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. I rebuilt and continue to rebuild my immune system with the Metabolic Typing diet, intelligent exercise and lifestyle. www.RadicalStrengthCoach.com

Fibromyalgia may also be another form of depression that has taken its toll on the body. Taking necessary steps to cure your depression can subsequently relieve you with your fibromyalgia. Others take antidepressants like Paxil to control their depression. You can visit this site http://www.paxilbirthdefectlaw.com/updates/tr... in order know about the effects of Paxil.

You are an unethical moron who is breaking confidentiality by exposing events that happened in your supposed office. Your just another stigmatizing jerk. I am grateful to have a Doctor who has fibromyalgia and knows its real! Your opinion doesn't count here. Go get hit by a truck and then see how it feels not to be able to move for days. I'm so sick of ignorant individuals such as yourself. Your one of those idiots that would of believed the world was flat back in Columbus days. Your a close minded drone that follows advice from whimsical idiots and I do not believe by any means that you are a medical professional.

Please seek some help honey because you are most certainly broken. it is pretty clear who is dealing with mental health issues here! You are incapable of empathy, clearly you struggle with sociopathic tendencies. Your avatar picture really describes you well you are a sociopathic clown like the joker.

Coughsyrup wrote: <quoted text> could be but, last comment before I reply to some clown was in 2011 (tumbleweed) every fibro forum on topic seems pretty dead! Thats because people don't understand that vaccines cause fibro initially by suppressing and confusing the immune system. So now everyone can call me names and demand I prove it, and I will retaliate.
