Try "Suboxone find a Dr." and that should put you in touch with a Dr. in your area, if that is what you are looking for. You didn't specify whether you were looking to buy on this site (which I don't recommend) or see a Dr. If you go to a Dr. Psych Dr.s are usually much cheaper than other types ($80-$120) as opposed to sometimes $1,000 & up with GP's, etc. Good luck to you :) J

im trying to just get a few tablets for now. but I appreciate the advice you gave me. I called a local Dr today and they wanted $700 to start and I just dont have that kind of money at the moment. I want to get off OC's, so I'll look into a Psych like you suggested. Thanks.

The pills themselves are expensive ($8) a pill, and I would help you out if you were closer. Are you trying to do a quick taper and get off of them? I can give you some info on that if you need it. I was taking them for pain (for almost a year) then they stopped working, but I haven't officially told my Dr. I switched PM, so I have some extra. Good luck :)

Well I'm wanting to quit OC's completely. I did one this past weekend and then took a Suboxone a few days ago. I was on the oc's pretty heavily and am afraid that when the suboxone is completely out of my system im gona hit some pretty bad withdrawls. I'm just looking for a few suboxones or subutex to get me thru so I dont have to deal with opiate withdrawls. and i duno why this thing says im from Kentucky. Im in knoxville, tn.

I'd gladly give you some of mine, but I don't do things like that on this site, not worth jail time. I hope you find some near you :)

A few is probably just gonna hold you over for awhile. Is that what you want? Or are you really looking to quit?

im looking to quit for real. ive slowed down a lot over the past month. I work with children now and absolutely CAN'T be having a pill addiction while working with little kids.

You probably will need more than a half of a pill. Have you thought about weeening down?

Yeah, it's not a good idea to have a cloudy head while working with kids. I just wanted to check in and see how it was going with getting the subs? I think a relatively quick taper would do the trick with a minimum of pain since you are wanting to quit for good. Have you considered weening yourself off of the pain pills and bypassing the subs? Is that what Hitme was saying? Anyway, it would probably be cheaper and quicker, but possibly take longer. If you could switch to Percs and then hydrocodone, and then cut back gradually on the hydrocodone until you are completely off of it. The advantage to this is that hydrocodone stays in the system a MUCH shorter time than Subs do. Hitme probably knows more about these types of tapers than I do. Best of luck to you in the new year :)
