Hi Tammy D ok so led egg is just a lil plastic hand held foot shaver for like rough heels n rough foot skin it is a fancy name for a foot file;-) thts all it is it's used to shave pill to as much of a powder as it can be works ok but still have the plastic it's just in smaller shavings n supposed to make it easier to snort it does but nothing like the old ones;-( hope tht helps TammyD good luck;-)

hey kori! Most pharmacies carry the generic but there is only 7.5 & 15s I believe for now but in oct another pharmacutical is releasing er in all dosages. Mind you im only talking about er ir has more of a selection in generic.

Or you can result to some brown for your pain. I finally had to after the doctor's being forceful to torture me. I had 4 spine surgeries & chronic pain that scales above the 9 & 10. It sucks ass. Anyways I am do sorry you are all hurting one way or another. I have a friend in Seattle that can help you if need be. He was one of the first honest legit guys I met on topix finally after loosing a ton of cash. His name is Laws0n. Hit him up & I will vouge for him. Cool Seattle cat that is chill & normal. I decided when im crippled and lcant get out of bed and my body is useless ill be like the grandpa on little miss sunshine. I dont want to be a burden on my kids they will have their own lives to worry about by that time and im going to die anyways

F*ck the new Opanas. They made me sick and didn't even work. Just get switched to something else then something good for btp. My dr put me on the patch 100 every 2 days with dilaudid 8 and fentora for btp. First he gave me a script for 180 Opana ir 10's for btp and I couldn't find them anywhere. I even called the pharmacy finder line and they couldn't find a pharmacy that had them within 30 mi, so I took it back to my dr and he changed it to dilaudid. All this shaving, grinding, soaking, crap seems like way too much work when you're in pain and can just get different scripts.

I still just cant understand why endo is making these fucking things out of PLASTIC. HOW CAN IT BE GOOD FOR YOUR BODY???? They have not done nearly enough research on this to be giving it to the public. The chemical make up of the drug is not the same so how can it have the same effect on your body? This is just bull crap. I hope that endo faces a huge lawsuit I really do screw those stupid a*s@h0le motherf*c@e*$

I totally agree and I see doctors are finally noticing the problem. At first yea anti abuse pills seem a good option to prescribe, but at what cost? My doc confided today in my 25 min visit/talk(usually a quick 5-10 min refill) but he admitted that endo fed him and a lot of docs and pharmacist a load of it can't be broken and its totally safe bs. Well my doc personally had 3 patients admitted with bowel obstructions, one who had to have surgery. While exalgo isn't the answer at least that comp lowered the price and worked with a lot of insurance companies to make it availible as an option(and yes there are ways to abuse exalgo pretty easy I know). But the FDA even warned endo I was told in our visit that if they were going to rush the reformulation they needed it to be safe and apparently endo put the focus on the higher doses and rushed out the 5mg an 10mg without much knowledge. So now we get to suffer as always because of a greedy pharm company who wanted to corner the market at our expense. I also encourage many of you with valid prescriptions to not call endo but the FDA(the number is on cvs,walgreen,rite aide medicine guides) when you call mention bowel problems and bowel obstructions. I did so and they were very polite and aware of such problems and made a note of them and told me if I had any other problems or concerns to call anytime.

i figure once my body is full of plastic from these i'll be some sort of superhero. i get one 5mg oxymorphone IR a day... i'm just gonna ask for four more. my doc's office when i was in for a GP office agreed they'd had several people complain of stomach issues. add me to the list.

Agreed that this goo is not good for your body. I did call Endo-someone posted 'don't call Endo, cl the FDA' well call them both. Endo wants and needs the feedback. Anyway when talkg to them they said that they used the study data from the old 'stop signs' they collected for this new pill. Meaning they did not test this out before releasing it, BUT it passed FDA so go figure. I wanted to reply to you saying that you hope Endo faces a lawsuit. They never ever will, bcuz they covrd their butts legally with the warning that comes with this drug. TO BE TAKEN ORALLY ONLY. So if people die from one of these various methods, too bad. Their mindset is if that happens they are "thinning out the herd."

The " goo" can't be good for your body no matter how you take it. I tried taking it orally, as prescribed, and it made my stomach cramp up and so nauseous that I'd be lying in bed for hours waiting for it to pass. Then it didn't even help the pain, so I'd have to take one of the originals anyway. Fortunately I had gotten the original 40's that month and the new 20's. After a week of seeing if my body would get used to the new form, I went back to my dr and told him I couldn't take them. He switched me to the 100mcg/hr fent patch that day and I still had some of the 40's to take while the fent built up in my system.

ime going too lower my dose and start getting the generics. Theyre just as good but only comes on certain dosages. I dont want too gets the patch cause I have kids and im too paranoid about it coming off or them touching it and I love sitting in a hot bath sometimes. I guess they will have more generics avaliabile in the fall but right now I fig some is better than none cause im not digesting the new ones either ot i.have too.take a dicyclomine

Is it easy to get the generics 15 mg?

I took 3 ground under my tongue. It kept me from withdrawls. It must have some meds in it but very little.
My sister took 2 and she did not get any pain relief . She felt nothing and she does not have a tolerence.

I didnt read all 444 posts but I think I heard someone mention using the dremel tool to shave the new opanas down before melting them. So far this is the best way I have found to shoot them. You need to cover the vents on the dremel tool so it doesnt blow the powder everywhere. I used a piece of tape to cover the vents close to the front of the dremel tool and got a medium sized bowl and a pair of hemostats(people use them as roach clips) and shaved the pill down on a low speed so the dremel tool didnt melt the pill while shaving due to friction. After the pill is shaved to a fine powder with a dremel I removed any larger chunks remaining in the bowl and smoothed the powder in a spoon like some people used to burn the old opanas. You want to make as thin of a layer of powder as possible over the spoon and make sure it is all together and not spread out. Make it where there is no gaps in the thin layer of powder making it all together. Then I used a stove, or you can use a lighter or torch, and slowly heated up the the bottom of the spoon and evenly burning the pill powder to a caramel color, not dark brown or black. The key is to not burn it anymore than you have to without burning the meds out of the powder but making it where it wont gel. I found a caramel or slightly darker color works the best. I tell a huge difference in caramel color to black. There is a lot of meds burned when it is a black color. After this I have a wet rack to lay the spoon on to cool it down so it does not continue to burn the powder. You dont have to completely cool it down because if you do then you will have to stir it up when reheating it to mix all the meds up, which you really need to do anyways. After you get done reheating with water and stirring it up drop your cotton in and draw it up. The water should be a caramel color and it shouldn't be gelly to much at all. Then go ahead and do your thing and you should be able to tell a huge difference than burning it until it is black.
I have seen people snort the powder too and they were noticably buzzed within 15-20 minutes. So the dremel method works very well for snorting too. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. Be safe and know your tolerance to accurately fix your dose up. These things are very strong, and at the moment are the best bang for your buck other than tar. They will probably go up in price once people have found the most easiest and effective ways to "abuse" them. I'm curious about the carbonated(citric acid) drinks way to extract the meds from the pill. With the old opanas it seem like the alcohol extraction method was the cleanest but it took a lil while and if you feeling a lil rough it was far much easier to just burn the pill but you chance loosing some of the meds if you dont time the burning of the pill just right. It's kinda like smoking meth, if you dont roll it just right you will burn all the dope up a lot faster than if you would have acted like you were vaporizing the meth.

I found when I powdered it using a pedi paw the powdere was waxy and it could not be sniffed so I put under my tongue. What I felt was nothing like the old 40 but a weird hyper high that I hated. Why?
i miss those old 40's. How can I get that feeling back. What should I take now?

Chris...thanks for the post. I really hope I can find the IR's at a pharmacy in two weeks (I was able to find 60 pink generics two weeks ago at a single pharmacy using Endo's locator service ;)) and avoid getting the 10mg ER's. I tried crisping but I cut it up as small as I could with a razor knife and it was still gooey when I drew up. And the water was clear not caramel so I must not have had small enough pieces. I went and got a dremel with a ton of tips and its in my trunk "In Case" LOL.

I assume u have IVd the IR's....so you can judge dosage? What would you say is the amount of the pill's stated dose that you actually think you get after IV?? For example a 10mg...you may lose some due to burn OR gel matrix time release so it FEELS like 3mg (that's about the best I could get a 10mg to feel like)...
