4, but youd be getting the affects of all 20 mg of oxycodone at once, oxycontin spaces out the release of medicine over time.

im prescribed endone 5mg (oxycodone) and oxycontin 20mg and I must say that having 4 endones is nowhere near as powerful as a single oxy. weird.

Jbag, That is because you are living in such beautiful surroundings. I think any amount you could take would work just as good if you are living in Australia. In my 10 years in the military I got to visit Australia 3 times and if I didnt love being a American so much I would live in Australia in a second. Put a shrimp on the Barbee!! One other thing, I didnt know that they even had oxycontin or Oxycodone in Australia. I saw a episode of Survivor Australia years ago and the medical team gave on of the contestants that fell into a firs some sort of "Green Kazoo" Looking thing for pain and he sucked on it and said it gave him awesome pain relief. Ever hear of such a thing???????

Those 5/325 means 5mg oxycodone and 325mg APAP(Acetaminophen),(Tylenol). If you are taking then by the handfuls to get high your looking at potential illness. Due to the Tylenol content. UNlikely though, and 325 perpill isnt a whole whole lot. Still probrably not a good idea to eat 6 grams of tylenol, take all your pills and crush them up. pu them in a coffee cup and add 4 times the volume of pill mass worth of warm water, stir it up. put it in the freezer for 15 minutes, decant(pour) the top layer of cloudy white water into another cup, as much as possible while avoiding adding any solids. rubber band a coffee filter to the cup and drain the remaining liquid. repeat this step if you want with twice the pill masses water worth this time, repeat with coffee filter/s. discard the bottom layer of solids,(Tylenol, binders fillers and waxes) the water has a very high concentration of oxycodone in it now, MOSTLY free of tylenol and innert ingredients. I just drink it doesnt taste good, but worth it when you feel it.

also APAP is a potentiator... so 4 5/325 percs is going to feel stronger than a 20 even if you defeat the time release on the ER med.(which i do not condone)

R they generic? Because a lot of generic prescriptions do not seem as strong as "name brand". At least thats how tabs and xanys are with me :)
