Who did your surgeries? Have you contacted your insurance provider and asked them to mail/email you a list of doctors in your area. Something doesn't sound right. I have a relative who had a botched surgery and three days later had a second surgery and she has NEVER had a problem finding a doctor who would help to relieve her pain.

Tucker Wellness in Tucker, GA is accepting a limited number of out of state patients. You need a valid photo ID, pharmacy report, and MRI, CT or X-ray report. Primary Physician/urgent care/emergency or hospital records can help as well.

I would be a brand new patient. I don't have any of this stuff. Do you accept new patients with no history? Aries wrote: <quoted text> yes we are accepting a limited number of out of state patients..you will need a valid photo id, pharmacy report, and MRI ; CT or X-ray report.

Well, I have been in a couple car accidents, only one I went to the hospital for. I was rear ended at a stop light and smashed between two cars. I seen a chiropractor for it for several months afterwards too. How do I get those records? Its been a couple years ago. How do I go about getting my hospital records and would they do me any good since it has been a couple years? I have always been in pain, but I am getting worse and it's time to do something about it. I don't have any insurance, currently, and would have to pay cash.. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!! TWG wrote: <quoted text> There is always some history. What is wrong with you? Did you go to the hospital? Emergency Room? Doctor? Accident?

If you are in pain, see a primary care physician. They will either treat you or refer you to a specialist. Tucker Wellness can see you but will need to update your records to identify the problem for proper diagnosis and treatment. They can also request copies of your hospital records to establish a baseline for your injuries. Ajay86 wrote: Well, I have been in a couple car accidents, only one I went to the hospital for. LilBobby wrote: <quoted text> There is another one that was in Tucker, but they moved to Lilburn, GA, about 10 miles, give or take, from where they were located. They charge $350 for out-of-state patients. I know that they are being watched though, because when they were in the building in Tucker, the other people that work in the building (especially other doctor's office ~ not PMD's) called LE regarding all of the out-of-state tags being there at 6:30-7:30am (I think the office opened at 9am when they were there). But I also heard from a couple of people that they are being watched. Don't know if there's any truth to that, but I think ANY place with a lot of out of state license plates are being watched. My hubby drives a flatbed (a baby Pete) and the company for whom he works pulls for the local PD, FD, EMS, etc., so he sometimes hears LE talking about the "cash and carry" places. This place is a real joke for outa staters. Been there done that. They charge the $350 before you ever get your paperwork done, then turn around and in your paperwork it states that if the dr don't see you for any reason you loose $100 of your money and get the rest back. As soon as they get your ID you get pulled back and told they can't see you for whatever reason. Mine was that the dr didn't think he could do anything for me, and someone else got told her brain injuries causing horrible headaches wasn't a good enough reason to be there. This all after both me and the other lady had been seeing a PMD for years for the same problems. If you aren't from GA don't bother with that place.

you know, I happen to know Jenna personally and you haven't a clue as to what or who you are talking about!! Jenna has two exceptionally bright well rounded kids! hey Jenna!:) and have you not ever heard or read the Bible? " judge not, lest ye be judged? " what Jenna does for a living, is legal!!!! who are you to attempt to degrade her for that???? Jenna is a precious beautiful lady inside and out! she loves helping people and leading and guiding young people in the right direction I know this because I have a 21 yr old son she has looked after and influenced in a positive way. she is hurt and saddened to hear or see a young person battling with addiction. neither of her 2 children do or have the addiction of any sort. however the huge epidemic these oxycodone and xanax we have seen and.heard of is gut wrenching to anyone who has a child with or without an addiction. to all of you young people that reads this: PLEASE!!! if you're not yet addicted to oxycodone, I beg you to stop taking it!! its a setup for failure!! its hard to describe the tramatizing effect it will have on your life. its like having no air to breathe or a fish out of water or a child with no mother. every and anything that we NEED we don't have, we go without!! after taking only a small few of these pills, you are physically addicted to using. when and if you don't have them to take you will feel like the closest ever to death!! you will hurt so bad you may wish that you were dead!! and those of you adults who obtain these medications legally and choose to sell them to our children illegally, I pray will stop, because its hurting and damaging sometimes killing the kids you sell them to. and kids you must know that by blogging questions to users asking for drugs, is closely watched and monitored by officials and can and will get you incarcerated. that might not sound bad to you in a state of desperation of withdrawals, but trust me, it will surely put your life and happiness and success on hold. and depending on how long it takes to successfully stop using will also depend on how many trips to jail or rehab you will have that is if it doesn't kill you!! I lost my one and only heart and soul I would marry to a drug overdose. I am a cop and have chosen to never abuse my medicine but nonetheless suffer with withdrawals if I don't have it I have to take medicine in order to live a somewhat normal functional life and for you, a person whoo is able to for that naturally without any aid of meds are very fortunate! when a person with chronic pain that wants to do the things he or she used to be able to do but can't now because if whatever reason, its detrimental!! some of the things that keep us from getting our medication is a pharmacy that's run out of our meds because of kids writing their own prescription or making an MRI I just wish it weren't so difficult or time consuming to do something as simple as going to a Dr like any and every person world wide does with ease. because of all the illegality, my Dr. visit and medication can take days or weeks to reach without counting the gas it takes to get there or time off work and away from my family and the suffering that's now ten times worse and it makes for a very unhappy, grouchy postal individual!! just think about how your poor selfish choices are impacting many around you!! ok? thanks so much! God bless all of you!
