And how is having $350 stuck in PayPal going to help you pay for an appt at 11 am? A PalPal transfer to your own acct can take up to 4 business days. You're full if it!

Why necessarily a scam? I know that's if it's posted on Topix it stands about a 95% chance of being a scam.
But doesn't PayPal offer some sort of debit card to be able to immediately use transferred funds?

I myself have a Paypal debit card which is available to ALL paypal accounts that allows you to withdraw money from any ATM. Food for thought :)

You are correct, my bad. It was intended to point out that this place is highway robbery 99.9% of the time.

FYI I got scammed twice even paying by Paypal. I was able to get a full refund both times but it took almost a month for Paypal to post them..............

At least PayPal can manage a refund (as long as you're not so hard up that you need it immediately). Buying some cash-equivalent like a Greendot is pretty much a guarantee that your money is gone. I'm sure Western Union is even worse.

I heard that a lot of people on ebay order something through PayPal then claim it wasn't what they ordered and they're practically guaranteed to get their money back, then they get to keep the goods. When it's their word against the seller, the buyer wins. Plus, PayPal has your address and bank account info. Now that's monumentally stupid, bluesmanm.

i hate to burst your bubble but greendot offers a one time refund as long as you can come up with a very good excuse, i speak from experience they refunded me once, they use your drivers lisense and ssn to keep track, some ppl mess up and tell them they got robbed on a bad drug deal, of course they not gonna refund you money if u tell them that, me on the other hand i was a little bit smarter than that, it was a hassle it took 3 weeks but they sent me a check via fedex for the total amount i kid you not

Why am i scam? Ive never scammed one person and im not going too. I sell on ebay and ive had a paypal account for years now, so when i scam someone then you can call me a scammer but intill then have a goodday. I did have someone buy them last night and i shipped out this morning, I just got my script and im willing to sell 85 of them $15 each or all for $1100, The only reason i use paypal is because i only accept half payment upfront for bulk and other half when you receieve, and if anyone tries to screw me ill just open a dispute and get all my money. So if anyone is intersted give me a email at oxyfarm19@yahoo.com and we can work something out.

Not saying you are or aren't a scam, as there is no proof either way.... but is this buyer going to leave feedback? Usually when someone purchases here and actually receives, they leave some type of feedback and updates to let other interested parties know.

Not always. Ive been asking people to leave positive feedback since I started selling more. Only 1 f2f dude left positive feedback. Oh well.

When did you get it? When I went to a paypal debit card not tooo long ago and again when I checked just now, the its only available for premier and business accounts. Also if you have a student account you get one.=\

Daily Horoscope for June 2

Aquarius

You won't like it if you feel your wings are being clipped today. You want to do something in particular, only to discover that someone is objecting to your plans or that circumstances beyond your control are standing in your way. Although your instincts tell you to throw a tantrum to get your point across, you must ask yourself what this will achieve, and whether it will actually be self-defeating.
