Nexuim side effects

I have been diagnosed with GERD and I'm now on Nexium. I experience discomfort and pain under my breatbone as well as muscle tightness and pain in my right upper back and into my shoulder. Does anyone else have the same? Could this be gall bladder disease instead?

I got a TERRIBLE headache within hours after starting NEXIUM. Antone else had that problem?

I would like to know how good nexium is after an expiration date.

I was diagnosed for antral gastritis. After christmas and new year i was in bed for a week, sleepless and suffering from gnawing pain under my breastbone Two days ago, my doctor prescribed nexium 20mg, two capsules once a day for the first three days. The first dose put me to sleep and i was relieved of the pain. Today is my third day and i feel a lot better.

i came off nexuim had very bad side effects
headaches,dizzy,sweats,tight chest pains in arms,
face and jaw pain panic attacks, i could go on and on came off them and symptoms are lessing take time when been on them alot look up hiatus hernia flare ups and go into nexuim side effects -patients

i thought nexium was great.. it realeaved most of my symptoms but as soon as i got off of it all my spmptoms came back..within like 2 days

i have the same problems...chest pain, upper back pain, abdominal pain...

I do my best to let everyone know that there are many drugs that need to be avoided if one has Hepatitis C.
Nexium is one of them.

I've been taking nexium for about 3 yeras. Over the last couple couple of weeks I have developed anxiety / panic attacks. About 3 weeks ago while i was trying to swallow my Nexium tablet, I sneezed. I didnot realize at the time that I has sucked up the tablet inot my nasal cavity. Some 3 to 4 hrs later I could feel something in my nose, so with constant blowing it came out. It had partially dissolved. Could these paic attacks be a result of this??? Please someone help. These panic attacks and bouts of crying are unbearable.

I took my first pill of nexium and had the worst headache I've ever experienced. I almost went to emergency because I couldn't cope. That will be my last pill.

I've been on Nexium for years now and I need it to keep the GERD at bay but sometimes I have to go off it to get rid of lesions.
Last summer I had what I thought were cold sores at each corner of my mouth.I read the pamohlet and discovered this was a rare side effect of the drug.After a month off it they went away.
This year I had a case of lesions between my toes-thought it was athlete's foot but the prescrip. meds would not clear it.One month off Nexium and it's gone.

re:anxiety attacks- they are not likely related to this drug;I have had them off and on over many years and there are times they get worse but I had them before I was on it and I have far fewer now even though I still take it.

get some good books on anxiety and it's partner in stress depression.awareness helps beat it.Yoga is great for this to -mainly for the meditative benefit.

Lloyd Wright posted that Nexium raises Hepatitis C viral load. For one thing viral load is not relative to liver damage,it can go up or down in a matter of days. And another thing,I have found nothing in my search that indicates that Nexium raises viral load at all. When doing Google search only Lloyd Wright's name comes up.Hmmm,how strange.Lloyd Wright has many Youtube videos and most of them are full of bologna.

I have been diagnosed Helicobacter in my stomach,and been treated for it. But it is still there. I have tried Zantac, Somac and now started with Nexium. I feel it is making me dizzy. Please tell if you are getting well?

i feel very tired and muscle pain. no sex drive and dont know if its becuse i take nexuim.please some one help.

I also take nexuim. I started nexium last year for about 2months,came off it about 6months my acid reflux feels like its starting again, so i started taking nexuim again. I feel really tired, heavy sleeply eyes. I'm also not sure if this is to do with the pill, or to do with stress. Could I stop the pill if thats what is cazing it? So i fell the some as you, need anwsers...
