I spend a lot of time in Venice, and there must be over twenty of them on the boardwalk (within 2 miles), with young attractive women barkers, hutling clients in. Take a look at the two page list of symptoms, everything thrown in, including muscle pain or restlessness, which even young very healthy people have hade.
Many international tourists on the boardwalk, along with regular nice folks from the midwest, who must be schocked at this low class anbti social spectacle in our International City of Los Angeles
Aside from providing sick people with some relief, the bulk of the business is simply promoting healthy people getting high and avoiding arrest.
The City of Los Angeles must have at least 500 or more of these storefront dope stores. Way too many and they do attract a lot of scumbags and young adults who are going nowhere in life.
The City has it's back up against the wall and has no other choice, but to basicaly shut them down. If the City could write the perfect law, without all of the bullshit litigation from profiteers, no more than 100 permits citywide, with strict zoning and other provisions as to hours, record keeping, and record checks on employees.
Ive had heard owners bragging, that they can bring in $100,000 monthly in cash. Taxes must also be collected, with all sales documentd. Also this bullshit laundry list of ailments, must be streamlined and scrutinized. Many of the so called clients are older teenagers and young adults. Some go in with their trashy mom's to score.
The decline of Western Civilization. My heart goes out to the truly sick.
