Doing away with the psychotropic (mind) drugs and disbanding the mental health industry may be a more of a promising approach to the problem in the society. History of the pharmaceuticals points to mass murders, suicide, crimes and violence.

How utterly predictable, that you show up on Thursday right before 2 pm. I know when to check this forum HS.
What are you going to replace the drugs with HS? Whats your superior solution to the issue of mental illness, HS? What's your superior method of diagnosis, HS? Name one. Heres your "logic" laid bare for all to see. Fires don't exist. Fire fighters made up the idea of fire. Fire fighters don't always know how a fire started. Fire hoses sometimes hurt people they were meant to help. Ban fire fighting! Oh and HS... OT's on psych drugs!!!!! http://ocmb.xenu.net/ocmb/viewtopic.php... |

There Are No "Chemical Imbalances"
"The hypothetical disturbances of neurochemical function that are said to underlie "mental illness" are just that: hypothetical. No experiment has ever shown that anyone has an "imbalance" of any neurotransmitters or any other brain chemicals. Nor could any conceivable experiment demonstrate the existence of a "chemical imbalance," simply because no one, least of all the biopsychiatrists, has the slightest idea what a proper and healthy chemical "balance" would look like." "...the views and beliefs of biopsychiatry have nothing to do with the answers to scientific questions in any case: the hunt for biological "causes" of "mental illness" is an entirely fallacious enterprise in the first place; the non- existence of data to support its assertions is quite beside the point." "The latest edition of one pharmacology text has this to say about the status of depression as a disease: "Despite extensive efforts, attempts to document the metabolic changes in human subjects predicted by these [biological] hypotheses have not, on balance, provided consistent or compelling corroboration." This is a long-winded way of admitting that not even a scrap of evidence supports the idea that depression results from a "chemical imbalance." Yet patients are told every day - by their doctors, by the media, and by drug company advertising - that it is a proven scientific fact that depression has a known biochemical origin. It follows directly that millions of Americans are being lied to by their doctors; and people surely can't give informed consent for drug treatment when what they're being "informed" by is a fraud.... To sum up: there is no evidence whatsoever to support the view that "mental illness" is biochemical in origin; in other words, things like "Unipolar Disorder" and "Attention Deficit Disorder" simply do not exist." http://www.adhd-report.com/biopsychiatry/bio_... |

Wrong. I have been gone for a few weeks. The subject is on science, propaganda and fraud of the mental health industry, not religion. Get it together. |

Deaths by psychotropic drugs Cho had a history of psychotropic and Depressant drug usage in his life time. quote: The investigation panel had sought Cho's medical records for several weeks, but due to privacy laws, Virginia Tech was prohibited from releasing them without permission from Cho's family, even after Cho's death.[103] The panel had considered using subpoenas to obtain his records. On June 12, 2007, Cho's family released his medical records to the panel, although the panel said that the records were not enough.[104][105] The panel obtained additional information by court order.[106] Like the Columbine massacres, and Jokela school massacres, the perpetrators of the Virginia Tech masascre, Cho Seung-Hui, was also prescribed an anti-depressant (Prozac) prior to his suicidal rampage, a substance suspected by Peter Breggin and David Healy of leading to suicidal behaviors.[107] http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seung-Hui_Cho#Re... more: Menia: Shocking link between psychiatric drugs, suicide, violence and murder:(pdf) http://www.seroxatusergroup.org.uk/T...ing%20... Mental health history of Seung Hui Cho (pdf) http://www.governor.virginia.gov/Tem...F%20CH... Note also that cho was prescribed a acne drug. "unknown" but could have been Accutane given the time frame which now requires a FDA warning because of suicide. Prozac has a history of deaths and violence. your choice. http://www.google.com/search... |

Yeah, probably in ethics after having been enturbulated from the truth in my words. And yet, you refuse to discuss psychiatry in relation to the scientific method. http://www.sciencebuddies.org/mentoring/proje... No, that's what you and your handlers want it to be about, but nothing you post has any basis in reality. You do not control the flow of information here; I won't allow it. When did I ever say Scientology was a religion? You just pose as one for legal reasons. Scientology is all about smoke, mirrors, and apparancy, just like you. http://www.lermanet.com/reference/brennan-dec... "7. Based on years of work in the senior most legal bodies of organized scientology as covered above I have dealt with directly or supervised the handling of hundreds of legal matters involving the organizations of scientology which directly or indirectly had to do with using religious cloaking to help handle a real or potential legal or PR problem involving said organizations. This included a wide range of legal matters involving taxes, immigration, licensing, corporate, potential draft issues, practice of medicine and/or psychology, sales of services, employment laws and much more." You cannot 'handle' me, and you are now PTS. |

Not a Scientologist but the Scientologists do make good sense and have more documentation, court cases and non religious members making statements to render the mental health and counseling industry nothing more then giving the status of bandits in our socienty. Harmful people. Political thieves of our democracy. No science to the mental health industry. We need to take the funding away. http://www.youtube.com/watch... http://www.youtube.com/watch... |

Given the excessive and unnecessary drugs being doled out by the mental health industry to compromise the sanity of the world with no science to their profession and nothing more the voodoo as a diagnose... we better all be aware of the political intent and harm to the environment and all life forms by this industry.
Psychotropic drug: Any drug capable of affecting the mind, emotions, and behavior. Some legal drugs such as lithium for depression are psychotropic. Many illicit drugs such as cocaine are also psychotropic. Also called a psychodynamic drug. From the Greek psycho-, the mind + trop, a turning =(capable of) turning the mind. http://www.medterms.com/script/main/art.asp... ---------- All life forms are threatened by discarded medicines. http://www.cnn.com/2008/HEALTH/condi...ef=wer... http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/26706059/ |

HS, how is psychiatry a pseudo science when it adheres to the scientific method?
HS, whats your superior method of screening for mental illness? HS, what do you intend to replace the drugs with? HS, why can't you address my firefighter analogy? HS. why did you post those same two videos together, that I've debunked multiple times for using straw man arguments, the images of people who wold never support CCHR, and showing interviews out of context? HS, why do you "communicate" like a Scientologist? HS, why do you only deal in "apparency" like a Scientologist? HS, why do you insult me like a Scientologist? HS, why do you dodge things like a Scientologist? |
|||
Not A Scientologist. You on the "underhanded side" of discussion are a public relations person. A say anything, do anything, lie for the buck when all odds are stacked against you in the sciences.. The pharmaceutical and mental health industry is creating chemical imbalance of the brain for profits, control and political purposes with no test or knowledge to what constitutes a good chemical imbalance. |

I didn't ask if you if you were a Scientologist. Here's what I did ask: HS, how is psychiatry a pseudo science when it adheres to the scientific method? HS, whats your superior method of screening for mental illness? HS, what do you intend to replace the drugs with? HS, why can't you address my firefighter analogy? HS. why did you post those same two videos together, that I've debunked multiple times for using straw man arguments, the images of people who wold never support CCHR, and showing interviews out of context? HS, why do you "communicate" like a Scientologist? HS, why do you only deal in "apparency" like a Scientologist? HS, why do you insult me like a Scientologist? HS, why do you dodge things like a Scientologist? Look "dude," like I told you, if you don't like me, just send a KR to my psychiatric overlords at Eli Lily. Well, that or you could try giving straight answers to straight questions. Big talk from someone who can't even answer ANY of the questions I've listed above. You won't last much longer HS, I've seen this play out many times before. |

What exactly are the sciences of mental health industry? |

Reversing the "Mental health Parity Bill" that was forced on Americans in Nov 2008 under the Financial Bailout (without Congressional debate) would go along way to unfunding the mental health industry.
Money and Madness A child who doesn't like doing math homework may be diagnosed with the mental illness developmental-arithmetic disorder (No.315.4). A child who argues with her parents may be diagnosed as having a mental illness called oppositional-defiant disorder (No.313.8). And people critical of the legislation now snaking through Congress that purports to "end discrimination against patients seeking treatment for mental illness" may find themselves labelled as being in denial and diagnosed with the mental illness called noncompliance-with-treatment disorder (No.15.81). more: http://www.campaignfortruth.com :80/Eclub/180602/moneyandmadne ss.htm |

Is this what you consider "making sense"? All claims from the founder of Scientology. L Ron Hubbard: "Arthritis vanishes, myopia gets better, heart illness decreases, asthma disappears, stomachs function properly and the whole catalogue of illnesses goes away and stays away." L. Ron Hubbard, DIANETICS: THE MODERN SCIENCE OF MENTAL HEALTH, 1987 Ed., p. 72 "Scientology is the only specific (cure) for radiation (atomic bomb) burns." - L. Ron Hubbard, ALL ABOUT RADIATION, p. 109 "You are only three or four hours from taking your glasses off for keeps." - L. Ron Hubbard, "Eyesight and glasses," "Dianetic Auditor's Bulletin," Vol. 2, No. 7, January 1952 "The alleviation of the condition of insanity has also been accomplished now." - L. Ron Hubbard, Hubbard Communications Office Bulletin, November 1970,"Psychosis" "Scientology is used to increase spiritual freedom, intelligence, ability and to produce immortality." - L. Ron Hubbard, DIANETICS AND SCIENTOLOGY TECHNICAL DICTIONARY, copyright 1975, reprinted 1987, p. 370 "Radiation is apparently enormously water-soluble as well as water removable. According to researchers, one merely has to take a hose to a building surface or a road to wash the radiation off of it. This factor is well known to defense trained personnel." - L. Ron Hubbard, Clear Body, Clear Mind, page 47 "This [Scientology] is useful knowledge. With it the blind again see, the lame walk, the ill recover, the insane become sane and the sane become saner. By its use the thousand abilities Man has sought to recover become his once more." - L. Ron Hubbard, SCIENTOLOGY: A HISTORY OF MAN, 1952 "Benzedrine often helps a case run." - L. Ron Hubbard, "The Intensive Processing Procedure," 1950 ["Run a case" = administer Dianetics or Scientology procedures to someone] "Of all the ills of man which can be successfully processed by Scientology, arthritis ranks near the top. In skilled hands, this ailment, though misunderstood and dreaded in the past, already has begun to become history. Twenty-five hours of Scientology by an auditor who fairly understands how to process arthritis can be said to produce an invariable alleviation of the condition. Some cases, even severe ones, have responded in as little as two hours of processing, according to reports from auditors in the field." - L. Ron Hubbard, "Journal of Scientology," Issue 1-G, 1952 "Leukaemia is evidently psychosomatic in origin and at least eight cases of leukaemia had been treated successfully by Dianetics after medicine had traditionally given up. The source of leukaemia has been reported to be an engram containing the phrase 'It turns my blood to water.'" - L. Ron Hubbard, "Journal of Scientology," Issue 15-G, 1953 |

Back to the subject heading and away from the public relation distortion and interference by Red Pill.
Lithium In Drinking Water 'May Reduce Suicide' Of course (given the number of suicides by mind drugs) the pharmaceutical and mental health industry would have an interest in contaminating ground water for mind control and product sales. Going further, down the road (so to speak) How easy it would be to control the society and distribute any drug they wanted on the society by this means of contamination.. |

Now you're just mixing logical fallacy's in hope of confusing people. Your faulty assumptions: 1) The number of suicides, which you conveniently leave undefined, can be attributed to psychiatric medication. 2)You don't take into account that Lithium leads to increased sanity and fewer suicides, yet assume the industry would rather cover this up instead of profiting from it. |
|||
|
From the article: "Lithium In Drinking Water 'May Reduce Suicide'
http://www.medilexicon.com/medicalnews.php... The article doesn't defined the number of suicides but makes statement that: "Very low levels of lithium in drinking water may help prevent suicide in the general population" Japan has a major problem with suicides and drugs as other countries. Considering the psychotropic / anti-depressant usage globally and with understanding of the water contamination by pharmaceutical drugs along with agricultural pesticides, I believe more money is needed in research and exposing this problem to protect human life form and from specie alteration and change and to protect the health and welfare of the public. |

Suicide in Japan
snip: Japan's suicide rate, already one of the world's highest, has increased with the recent economic downturn. There were 2,645 suicides recorded in January 2009, a 15 percent increase from the 2,305 for January 2008, according to the Japanese government. http://www.cnn.com/2009/WORLD/asiapcf/03/19/s... The link between psychiatry, drugs and suicides snip: One has to ask the question "Why are so many murders and suicides taking place by people who are on supposedly 'anti-psychotic' or 'anti-depressant' medications?" If drugs such as Prozac, Zoloft, Ritalin, Xanax, Paxil, Thorazine and other related "anti-depressants" are actually an effective treatment, one would naturally expect suicides, murders and violent behavior to be decreasing, yet this is apparently the reverse of what is happening. Read the following quotes, headlines and reports on the rising statistics of suicides, murder and violence caused by people on the very drugs that are supposed to be helping them. http://www.teenscreentruth.com/psychiatry_dru... |

HS, I think this lithium in drinking water hypothesis makes sense. We should proceed with large scale testing, maybe using Clearwater, FL as a starting ground?
