I have been on Lexapro for 2 years. I increased from 10 to 20 mg about a year ago. I felt better after the increase, but now a year later my depression symptoms returned. I tried getting exercise frequently, making sure to get enough sunlight, and even started taking fish oil and Vitamin D as my doctor suggested, and my depression is still bordering on severe. My doctor upped my dose to 30 mg/day. This seems like a lot to me, and everything I've read says the maximum recommended dosage is 20 mg/day. Anyone else on more than 20 mg/ day?
