My Mother is 63 she is taking Femara, after a battle with 6 sessions of chemo, a stroke with a mishap with a supposedly port a cath surgery. Then removal of her left breast, and 2 lymph nodes. Then 25 2 minute sessions of radiation per day, for 25 days. She was cancer-free. She now has a small spot on each side of her lungs, both less than an inch. She just finished 6 more sessions of Chemo. Now she has begun the Femara. Dr.'s gave her only 6 mo. Only God holds her number. Never give up cancer patients. We hope for the best, and we hope that Femara, is our answer...
