Attorney Information-Let's Push for Class Action against Effexor

You can be sure the people in the know the power folks are not handing out these pills to their kids.

I have been reading these horror stories about getting off Effexor and did not realize that the problem was this big. This drug should not be distributed AT ALL. I am all for getting it off the market and suing the BIG boys at the BIG STORE. I am going to see my doctor in 3 days to start the process of coming down. I am scared out of my mind. Every reason why the DRUG LAWS need to be changed. Without any DOUBT or AMBIGUITY. We should be fighting for changes within the medico/legal laws.
Dear Bevie, I have been writing to the AUSTRALIAN Government about this problem, for a long time. Have had no success. This is why we need to gather up in numbers and demand changes. If they will not listen, then the people need to start making unsuspecting people aware.
SOLUTION:
When the education and awareness begins to place, then all the people who have their hands in the pie ie: doctors, lawyers, big pharma etc. will not be:
A) making money
B) maiming
C) causing unnecessary deaths etc.
Once, they have no power/control of this abhorrent situation, they will have no choice but to change the DRUG LAWS.
Unfortunately, a lot of poor people who have been damaged, do not have the money to fight. Some have been led up the GARDEN PATH and have been told that their experience was:
. COINCIDENTAL
. WE HAVE NO PROOF or EVIDENCE
. HAVE BEEN LABELLED A LONG LIST OF INNAPROPRIATE
MEDICAL LABELS,SO THAT IT MAKES US HARD TO FIGHT
. ATTORNEYS WILL NOT GET INVOLVED BECAUSE WE HAVE
NO MONEY (WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO PRO BONO OR CLASS
ACTIONS)
. GIVE UP IT IS TOO HARD TO PROVE
. DRUG LAWS DIFFER IN EVERY COUNTRY
I'm sorry, there are some cases that get compensated,such as: whiplashes, and the proof and evidence is very obscured. Yet someone is harmed by taking medicine, and there is no compensation.
The question I still pose is:
WHAT IF SOMEONE DID INGEST AN UNSAFE, TAMPERED WITH OR CONTAMINATED BATCH.They,then give you the run around by saying:
.The drug is expired we can not test it
.It will cost you money to get it tested and there
will be no gurantee that they find anything
.THINKING OUT LOUD HERE: The labs will be paid underhand to make sure that the TRUTH does not seep out. THEY HAVE ALL THEIR BASES COVERED, OR DO THEY.........
The LAWS are not designed to help an injured person. If you have money to fight,we can assist you. If you are financially disadvantaged, we will try to suppport you. If you are in between, risk loosing everything you have worked hard for. Where is the JUSTICE.

These forums are my only way of reaching out to people. They will not give me the chance to talk, via MEDIA. So this is my only HOPE of helping people and hopefully, once the people are educated and made aware of the issues at hand, we can all work TOGETHER to bring about CHANGES.If they start spreading their tenticles to our food and water, WHAT HOPE DO WE HAVE.

They have already spread their tenticles to some foods and the water we drink. If we only knew the TRUTH we would be disgusted.When is this madness going to end!For how long can we ignore the SIGNS!

Class Action will be a thing of the PAST and then there will be some that will not be able to fight if THE NEW WORLD ORDER WINS.It is already happening NOW. They took away the COMMON LAW and they will do everything in their power to take away class actions,especially for those who do not have the financial means. If you have money, you are covered. If you have no money- unfortunately you are the weakest link. The rich look after the rich and the rest are on their own. This is what we call JUSTICE!

Education thru this route is a very slow thing people only get here AFTER they have a problem. It may still be the only game in town talk to people you know tell them it works sometimes.
There was one successful withdrawal case in California for paxil withdrawal. hedlum or something close to that was the lawyers... if you there give them a call.

Dear btd, unfortunately the people in this side of town, will not give me an opportunity to tell my story. Have tried on numerous occassions to get in contact with reputable current affairs programmes. Have had no success. How long does one haveto keep knocking..........I wish I was in California. I may have had some luck down that part of the world.If the Laws differ in every country, how would they possibly be able to assist me. Just one closed door after another.......... I still have HOPE/FAITH, btd.I still believe.........despite the closed doors. One is bound to open eventually and when it does I hope to create changes which will benefit everyone.Someone had to be the SACRIFICE for the GOOD of ALL.

Dear Bevie, do not be scared.Please, be strong and feel empowered with the useful information. Try, my love to wean yourself off them slowly but carefully. I, unfortunately, do not have the answers but I do know that these medicines are not what they are proclaimed to be. There are others alternatives that one can choose to beat depression and melanconia eg: a good councellor who really listens/cares,drinking plenty of water, change in diet,excercise and getting some vitamin D fron the rays of our beautiful Gods greatest gift- the sun, keeping away from doctors who do not care about your emotional/physical/mental well being. If they are quick to take out a pad and write out a prescription for antidepressant,please do yourself a big favour......RUN! The drug manufacturers, unfortunately have been devious and indeed very negligent with suppressing information. The warning labels are watered down and the fine print is very ambiguous. Do not be afraid. Be grateful that there are people out there that CARE enough to prevent an unforseen incident from occuring.It is never too late........

What more proof and evidence is required, when this organisation has all the information. Class action should be immediate for the poor people who have been injured or killed by these drugs.

Since being prescribed Effexor I too, have developed a chronic gambling addiction. There was no warning. Reading through other peoples' accounts brings home how devastating this can be on relationships, finances and mental state, mirroring my circumstances and experiences exactly. If any class action is proposed, I would be grateful if someone can provide details.

I have been trying to get my voice heard for years.Some doctors play a major role in this totalitarian situation. Through clinical trials they know damn well what is happening to their patients. With all due respects, it is only a matter of time before the whole TRUTH comes out. There will always be resistance to change however, when peoples safety is put at risk, it is quite natural for policy makers to put the right measures in place. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
All the innocent people who have mysteriously passed away taking these drugs did not die because of:
CAUSES OF DEATH
Accidental
Suicide
Heart Attack
Overdose
Chemical Overload
Allergic Reaction
Respiratory failure
Heart Failure
Cardiac arrythmia
etc, etc, etc.
They died because these poor souls were dealt the
wrong deck of cards. They got a batch that was deliberately designed to induce death. Forensic scientists are not stating the TRUTH. The dirty drug companies do not want you to know the TRUTH or else all HELL would run loose. However, I could understand and appreciate very well if some poor souls committed suicide, because the were suffering from horrendous pain. If they did ingest other medicines to take away their pain then it may of caused their unforseen death. Their death would of resulted in the above listed 'cause of deaths'.

Someone has to look into their corrupt dealings.

There are some brilliant scientists and Doctord that have moved health care forward by Light Yeras and electrons and all sort of really intense science efventually THEY will emerge and fix this stuff hopefully.

As long as the Med Schools can keep up and 'certain"
