I telework up to 3 days per week and I haven't noticed a decrease in promotional ability or compensation. In addition, I have increased loyalty to my employer for being so flexible. I'm motivated to get as much or more done at home than I would in the office to prove that it works. Have been doing this for over a year and half now and am proof that it works. I hope other workers and companies will jump on the bandwagon.
