Ever met any "ambulance chasers"? They're called shark lawyers because they encourage lawsuits over every thing, whether it is the fault of the drug or not.

You have people sueing because they don't take their meds right, the doc maybe prescribes the wrong thing, they have allergies they don't know of AND because of stupid pregnant women who don't watch what they take during pregnancy. THIS is why pharma costs are so high. It's lawsuit city and YOU are paying for it.

GET THIS PLEASE. And it is because if you don't pay the increased cost for the pharmas, THEY WON'T BE ABLE TO OPERATE AND YOU WILL HAVE NO DRUGS. Simple as that.
