Newbie13, I am so sorry to hear about your anal pain. I have had anal sex in my past and it hurt like a b*tch. I would think the pain would wake you up. I don't agree with people sleeping with you while on ambien. I don't think you are in the right shape of mind to give consent.

Not a myth. Odd because the science behind the med doesn't suggest this should be side effect. We bought some online (Indian generic), waited about 2 weeks to get to us, and decided to try 10 mg each. It was about $65 for 30 tablets, shipping included. Contrary to other reports we do both remember what happened and it was way more intense than normal. My girlfriend usually stops after I climax but this time we just kept on going. I know for her, she was out of her normal comfort zone because she also performed oral after the climax which she did maybe once over the course of 5 years before. I also had some Cialis (generic) so that kept me somewhat erect. We went to sleep without washing up like we usually do and slept another 7-8 hours. We probably won't repeat this too often as this feeling was a bit like being high (like slowed down like smoking pot but also stimulated like drinking too much coffee or Red Bull) and out of control.

No, we both just took it a few times for fun. It does provide for some sound sleep though, but probably not a good idea to rely on it, like any med.

I agree with the others who said it was the same a drug raping your wife/gf if she doesn't remember any of it and does things she'd normally never do... that's horrible. I wouldn't be very proud of that if I were you.

Not drug rape if she takes it herself, enjoys sex on ambien, and consents to sex before taking it.
