Maybe you should try to wear yourself down by exorcising and maybe try an Ambien after that. That's what I do.

I heard Mid-Night is a good natural pill that helps you get to sleep or stay asleep. Anyone try this pill yet?

I can recommend a reputable pharmacy (Elavil)- drugstock.net/order-elavil-buy-en.html/... I received the order and it was on time and the pills work great.

Well, I am surprised that so many people buy these OTC products and waste their money for these products, which are only sedating (make you tired); if you take enough of any anti-histamine it will probably put you to sleep.
The real sleep meds (known as "Z" drugs)induce a chemical sleep.
We prefer Zaleplon (generic Sonata); this is different from the other "Z"s because it does not interfere with sleep architecture, is effective for middle of the night insomnia, and does not leave someone with a hangover; contact pharmainfo@lotrain.com

Sonata is no better than ambien. It causes the same changes to brain physiology, and the same hellish withdrawals when you stop taking it. Withdrawals and recovery are the same as for ambien or benzos - months of hellish insomnia and anxiety, and up to a year or more to fully recover.

And your pills are counterfeit. People, please don't buy pills over the Internet. They are not reliable and could even be dangerous.

What do you say to a 45 y/o any gender person, with 2 young children, a mortgage to pay, and a high-pressure job. Just don't sleep, but perform.
Some people need help, be it psychotherapy, medication, etc.
There are some Benzos that are excellent in promoting sleep, and
used in Europe all the time.
As far as counterfeit pills are concerned, 70% of the generics sold as American BRAND names are manufactured in other countries.
We only supply high-quality medications from the top pharmaceutical
companies at meds@lotrain.com

Hi, I know you wrote this post a while back, but was wondering if you ever found something to help you skeep. My doctor won't help, they can be so heartless. I have tried the same things that you have and nothing works! Every kind of over the counter sleeping pills, even nite time cold medicine. I just can't shut my mind off at night, and when I finally do fall asleep, I wake up jusr a cou[;e hours later.{lease, I hope you can help.

Can someone out there tell me where I can place an order in the us for sleeping pills. Anything but ambein, I have tried that and can't remember anything from the night before. I have tried every over the counter sleeping pill and they don't work, and my doctor thinks the problem will go away by itself. So many doctors don't care, and I happen to have one that doesn't!

Your doctors care, but they know that sleeping pills won't fix your problems, but will only make things worse. Go find a doctor that can help you get over this without pills. See a psychologist if necessary, one who specializes in anxiety and insomnia.

What in the world would make you say something so crazy? Yes sleeping pills will everything, if I ( and millions of others)had our sleeping pills when we need them, we would be able to function. You don't know my doctor, so don't say he cares! I now lost my insurance, so need an honest pharmacy. It was really a mean that you said. I know why I can't sleep. So unless you know what is going on in someones life, please try to be at least a little kind. I hope you can do that, or you really don't belong here.

Hi, please don't ever take Ambein, I know that their is a chance that it will be ok for you. I just worry about this drug, everyone I have known, including myself have all had really bad effects from this drug. They are thinking about taking it off the market, boy I sure hope they do. When I had a doctor( no insurance anymore) when I told him my side effects that I had the next day, he took me off it right away and gave me Lunesta. It works great! Please let me know how your doing. I am always worn down, out etc. Going through a really hard time in my life right now. I want to tank you for suggesting the exercising, I do that everyday.
Be well

OxySleep natural sleep aid can be one good option to help you synchronize your normal sleep cycle. It is made up of natural ingredients and melatonin.

With oxysleep you won’t get that tiredness feeling when you wake up. It helps you to relax and you have a peaceful good night sleep too. Stress is also a very effective factor for causing various sleep disorders.

Clearly you don't have chronic insomnia or you would have never made this comment. Never sleeping makes your life a living hell!! I have had insomnia for 30 years and have tried everything natural to no avail, including herbs, exercise, massage and relaxation tapes. Ambien makes my life 100% better, but hard to get my doctor to request.

Daily Horoscope for June 4

Aries

Take care today Aries, because the emotional landscape in your neighborhood will be full of pitfalls during the coming fortnight, as it has been since the Solar Eclipse on May 20. The more convinced you are that you're right, the harder it will be to navigate your way around forthcoming events. If you feel resentful of someone, perhaps a neighbor or sibling, you need to get your feelings out in the open, rather than burying them deeper, where they'll fester and lead to more problems in the long run.
