But I have been insufflating/snorting the zolpidem in almost all cases. 5 mg and sometimes full 10 mg. I just crush it up and go. The next morning, I feel completely normal as far as I can tell! Things have all been very well. Of course I think this is an awful habit to have, and I understand there are risks. I plan to move gradually to only oral ingestion. I was just curious if anyone shared this habit or knew about the phsyical harm that could be caused by doing this for a long period of time.

It won't ever be clogged on the side you snort and a hole will probably be easily seen by the doc (which is the reason for the breeze). Although...being that the ambien didn't really affect me as I thought it might, I think this might be something for me to try...silly thing, I'm trying to get off sleep meds.

I you get to hooked and then try to stop there is a 80% chance you will have seizures and convulsions for up to 3 months, Benzo withdrawal usually ends up in death. It's your Brain and with you out of the way, it will be one or two less people I have to compete with for food, jobs and money, survival of the smartest I guess

My uncle took two ambien...fell down an entire flight of stairs, broke all his ribs, fractured 14 facial bones...had an induced coma to take care of his pain and died a week and a half later - could not breathe. Don't take Amben - try a natural course of action for your sleeplessness.

I switched from oral to snorting and became severly addicted. I endangered myself, embarrassed myself and nearly ODed on accident in an ambien high. I ended up in rehab. stop now. i beg of you.

Light euphoria and some nice body rushing. Burned a bit but I used to snort crystal meth and that stuff really burned. Let see what happens the night progresses.
