My friend has! We are trying to figure out how to prove this. Because she has a prescription for Ambien, no one is really paying too much attention to her. We truly feel he is taping the encounters and doing something with the videos. He is a porn addict. Do you have any suggestions?

Help, I think it has happened to me. I've been taking Ambien off and on for 5 years. I`m not `a drinker`but I have had a glass of wine before bed, have awoken with bruises and marks thAT I attributed to sports. The oher week I awoke with the feeling I had sex, I also had blood from my butt. Im very frightened. How long has this been going on My feet were filthy, I`d been sleep walking.

My wife takes ambien and if she has a couple of glasses of wine loses all inhibitions but has no memory the morning after.

Does this count as rape?

Tell her about what happened and if she's pissed, don't do it again. If she is fine with it, then go for it. I didn't mind when my husband would tell me about the crazy sex we had. I was just disappointed that I didn't feel anything from it and didn't remember anything. That is the only downfall...the sex is one-sided.

My wife took an ambien then fell asleep reading in bed. She seemed to wake up when I got into bed. She initiated a long wild sexual session and took a shower afterwards.

The next evening when I mentioned it she thought I was making it all up as she had only a recollection of cuddling. Really freaky since she didn't even snap out of it when she took a shower.

She was definitely less inhibited than when she is awake. Now we have a running joke that I am going to slip her an ambien if I want wild sex.

My wife is the same normally fridged but will do anything and anyone on Ambien.

I do slip her one when I want wild sex and I bet you guys do.

Okay, you guys. You just confirmed what I suspected my ex-husband of doing -- slipping Ambien to me so we could have wild and crazy sex that I wouldn't remember, to satisfy his selfish sexual needs.

Don't get me wrong, I loved making love with my husband. But, when I found out that he was having sex with me while I wasn't able to remember was a severe blow to the trust in our marriage. Even when I explained this to me that I felt violated, he continued to do so.

I did have a prescription for Ambien and the first time he told me about us having sex that I didn't remember, I told him that I felt cheated and disrepected. I requested that he be the "Ambien Police," meaning that if he knew I took Ambien to not allow us to have sex together. I would tell him each night when I was taking my Ambien. I found out that he was still proceeding to have sex with me while in my Ambien state. I took to sleeping in another bedroom.

The sad part is that this pretty much destroyed our marriage. I learned to not trust him even when I stopped taking the Ambien myself so as to have total control over my body 24/7.

Abusing Ambien so you can have wild and crazy sex with your wife is totally wrong!!! It's called marital rape. It is also called dispect for your wife. It is also called not loving your wife. You are more in love with sex than you are with your wife.

Perhaps if you loved your wife, she would have wild and crazy sex with you without being doped up. Did you ever think that by disrespecting her and raping her would lead to her not wanting to have sex with you? Duh!!!!

Stop it already and show your wife how much you love and respect her by not abusing her via drugs for your own sexual pleasure.

grow up chicks! What does it tell you when your HUSBAND has to drug you to have good sex? You can't remember it, so it didn't hurt you. Be glad your husband is at home having fun with YOU, instead of someone fun.

Just last week I took ambien for the first time. The next morning, my spouse was describing how we had wild sex 3 times. He is suppose to protect me not take advantage and keep me up to 1 a.m. Now just the thought of him touching me makes me sick.

Ladies, you need to re-evaluate your relationships before blaming drugs on your problems. My wife has a prescription for Ambien, and occasionally she has memory lapses when she takes it. This has resulted in her not remembered sex we have the following morning. She does not blame me for "taking advantage of her," because we have a loving trustful relationship. She does regret that she doesn't remember the sex. If you do have a sexual relationship with your husband (and I hope you all do), and feel your husband has 'violated your trust' simply because you take a drug and don't remember what he did with you, then you should see a psychatrist because you have trust issues and control issues. Get off the drugs and get your head examined.

Jennifer thinks that a man will not have sex just because she is on ambien? Get real. You should be happy that you provided him with a good time. The best sex I get is when the wife takes Ambien. She doesn't remember and I am satisfied. Has worked great for the past 5 years. Grow up.

I cannot tell you how much I agree with you! I just filed for divorce two weeks ago after years of marital problems. Last August, he said he thought he was probably a sex addict. He also said he was an alcolic with anger and control issues. Hindsight is 20/20. Over the last year he has taken advantage of me several times after I had taken Ambiem. After the first time I let him know that it was NOT ok with me, and I would let him know if I was going to take it so he wouldn't come to me for sex that night. It happened several times after that, almost as if it were his ticket to having his way with me. That's rape, in my book!
The final straw was a couple of weeks ago when I woke up to a flash in the middle of the night. I got out of bed and found him taking pictures of me. This is something I would NEVER have agreed to! I asked him what he was doing because I was afraid our kids would look at the camera and see them. He said he was just "messing around" and was going to "take them to work, download them on (his) computer and put them on a disc for (himself) for later."
Thinking of the kids I deleterd them. The next day I filed a temporary restraining order to protect myself and the kids. Did I mention that our 12 year old daughter woke up that morning and said that somehow her pajama shorts ended up off of her and next to her in the bed along with a beach towel? She had no idea how it happened. I played it off, trying not to worry her.(Then I followed up by taking her to the Dr. and talking to DEFACS. Long story short, the Dr. reported nothing unusual and she seems perfectly fine. But I had to protect my kids!)
Although he has NEVER given me any reason to suspect him of acting inappropriately with her, I had no reason to think he would ever take those graphic pics of me either! And it happened the same night!!! What am I supposed to think?
Needless to say, he has been served with divorce papers and he has not made "direct" contact with me or our son and daughter. Only through a couple friends and family members, which is against the T.P.O.
He's an idiot and I DO NOT intend to allow him unsupervised visitation.
Do not allow this to happen to you! It is a complete and udder violation and it is rape. Especially if you have told your spouse and the only way you seem to get a real good night's sleep is to take an Ambien.
As you can tell by the time I'm writing this, I'm not taking those damn things... although I need to sleep. He's not here anymore, but I need to be able to be a responsible mother in case my kids need me in the middle of the night. For now, I just nap during the day. Hopefully, when this whole divorce thing is over I can get into a better sleep pattern.

Any man who would do that to his wife after she says not to, should be ashamed of himself. It's a complete violation! Even though the marriage may have been based on trust. among many other things, the trust is ruined after that. IT'S DONE!

You have a man that loves your body and loves having sex with you. I would love to wake up to a flash and realize that my husband loves my body that much.

You have absolutely no proof that he ever even thought of doing anything with your 12 year old daughter.

I read your story and I'm sorry that you had to file for divorce! I got my first script of Ambien yesterday and saw on the pc history that my husband had been reading about ambien sex! I told him that I desperatedly needed sleep and to NOT try what he read on me. He said that he wouldn't. The next morning he asked if I remembered having sex with him and I said no. He laughed because he said that I was so alert and telling him what to do. I kept telling him that I had no idea that I only remember falling asleep. I don't think that he would do anything to hurt me or that I wouldn't agree with but it feels really weird knowing that you did something without no memory of ever doing it!

You fail to realize that a mother's children come first and foremost in everything. There are a lot of sickos in the world and if a woman can't trust her own husband not to take advantage of her when she is completely defenseless, then how can she trust him with a completely defenseless child... they go hand in hand. If the child is confused as to why she is naked when she woke up and went to bed clothed, there's a problem. I would divorce my husband if the same circumstances arose, and I love my husband dearly. You obviously don't have children!!!!
