Do you have a phone number so I can get my coupons?

I found out what you have to do to get the instant rebate. Call 1-800-773-0098 - you can request 2 coupons at a time, which they mail, or if your doctor has the instant rebate card you can use that. You can use 6 coupons by June of 2009.

I also received 2 $35 instant rebates in the mail. But my doc and pharmacy had no idea what I was talking about with their new program. How about charging us $35 less at the point of purchase (DUH!). Will call the 800 nbr that St Louis Cindy posted on 10/7 to hopefully get a few more instant rebate cards.

I called the 800 number that Cindy posted on 10/7 and was told that they would send me 2 instant rebate coupons in the mail. Still waiting but it's only been a week. But I used the one that I received from Aciphex today at the pharmacy and had no problem paying $15.00 (instead of $50). The pharmacist wanted to know how I got it as many of their patients are asking for it. My doc was also interested for his other patients as his drug rep had 'no clue.'

Had been using the older coupons until I received a letter in September attached to that latest rebate check saying they were changing to an "instant rebate". Says to ask the Pharmacist or Doc .... neither have any clue about it.
Will try to call # above to see if I can get vouchers - kind of takes the "instant" out of it!!

I have been searching the internet and talking to my local pharmacist regarding the $35 instant rebate. I even checked at Wal-Mart's pharmacy figuring that they might have information on the rebate...no luck. Staff at both stores had no information on this rebate.

I'M with Ginny from the U.S.- How about charging us $35 less at the point of purchase. It disgusts me that they make you jump through hoops to get this adjustment.

I will be calling the 1-800 number on Monday.

I sell Aciphex and there are many ways to get your $35 rebate. Every sample box that we give out has a rebate on the inside, and by this point, every doctor should have the $35 debit cards in their office from their local rep. I'm not here to start a debate because I'm sure most of you already have an opinion of my profession...but honestly, I have seen doctors take the debit cards that I give to their office and throw them in the trash the next day. We want people using the debit cards, it means business for us, the problem that I see is that a lot of doctors could care less to give them out.

I called 1-800-773-0098 three times before I finally received the information that leads you to printing out your own $35 instant savings coupon. Go to www.refluxdigest.com . Fill out the form. Click on submit and it will take you to the printable instant savings coupon. Hope this helps.

Go http://www.refluxdigest.com . Fill out form. Be sure to you answer question "Are you currently taking Prescription ACIPHEX?". When you click submit it will allow you to print the rebate coupon (if you don't it will take to the 14 tablet sample coupon). You are allowed 6 rebates every 12 months. You can only print 1 coupon per session.

I submitted the paperwork for my Aciphex rebate and they returned to me stating I didn't submit the proper receipt. I submitted everything I was given by the pharmacy and then some to demonstrate that I am entitled to the rebate. Why can't they sell Aciphex for a cheaper price rather than messing with rebates. Not sure what the company is trying to accomplish by irritating people!!
