Wondering if anyone has ever taken 'Acnezac'- I ordered from the Canadian Pharmacy online and it is manufactured in New Delhi India - the packaging has 'Olderma' on it.

Wondering if it is safe and/or effective?

I started Indian accutane treatment last month. I ordered from http://drugstore.ind.in/ . I'm in my third week of treatment now. I was skeptical after reading some mixed reviews on this brand but decided to give it a shot anyway. I take two 20 mg pills per day. Occasionally I will take three but usually just two. After about ten days I started to notice very drying of the skin especially on my face, nostrils and my anus felt very itchy (I found it reading online this is also common symptom). My face and lips looks and feels very dry where before it was always oily. I have to use chapstick on my lips to reduce dryness and peeling, the first week the acne got worse but after 2nd week I begin to see quite noticeable improvement and my face is not oily anymore. I will post another update next week. So far it seems to be working, the side effects are definitely there. the acne is getting smaller by the day. maybe this brand doesn't work for everybody but in my case I can see that it is. I'm using Eratin-20. Will post again next week.

another side effect I forgot to mention is dry nostrils. the inside of my nose feels really dry all the time. never felt like that in my life. looks like more evidence it is working. this drug is drying out everything on your body and face so don't forget to drink lots of water.

i have mild cystic acne with an outbreak now n again leaving mild scars si i am on roacutane again after 3 yrs but did suffer with depression after the last lot but even worst depression with bad skin so the good out ways the bad i supopose
