hmm ok this is strange i brought some generic pills a few month back called isogem-20 now these worked fine but they cost too much money for me to continue with so i was looking for an alternative and heard that urantiapharma was the best cheapest place to get it and that cipla was a good company etc well i am here to tell u my experience and i would have to say that these pills are so fake it its unreal as i have not been without isotretinoin in my body for about 6 months now the 3 month corse i brought where isogem they really cleared me up and dried everything up a treat, and when i got to the last day of those i started the cipla isotroin-20 same dosage as before and nearly 2 months later my skin is back to be as disgusting as it was when i wasnt taking anything its greasy as fuck spotty loads of blackheads etc so id like to here a update from this smalls person as he has had my hopes up about this product and seems to me like he dissapeared, i will not recommend urantiapharma to anyone i would recommend isogem tho anyday they even look more legitimate inside i cut both open and the isogem looks like and orange and yellow oil type substance with little red flakes and the smell was bad but it was all good, now this isotroin didnt smell anything like the isogem and it was just a pure orange substance nothing else, now i am still taking thes pills as i only have a month left and am hoping for a rediculous turn around but its not looking likely at all my skin was so clear b4 on the isogem and u would think that continuing with a diff generic isotretinoin would keep me the same this leads me to believe the pills are fake so please be carefull where u order form i am never getting anything from this place again

i also know alot of people from diff companies that sell the generic stuff are posting stuff here etc so this smalls person or infact anyone here could be working for these scammers ure playing with peoples fuking lives here

i will be ordering isogem in future its well more expensive but atleast i have tried n tested it

Hey everyone I must say that I ordered mines and it came in six days. I think its faster in the U.S. Also I have been on it for aboouut a week now and Im taking 20 mg, I have been having headaches and weakness. My face has gotten worst but my lips are not as dried as everyone elses. I wonder does your face get worse before better and if so, how long does it take cuz boy my face is HORRIBLE and I take a low dose and the side effects arent as great either. I guess its working

Ashley,

I'm sorry to hear your results were so horrible, but keep in mind the Cipla pills are supposed to be weaker than most other forms of isotretinoin out there. Maybe you should have tried upping your dosage? I've had wonderful results with my Cipla pills. I started out on 40 mg/day but had to cut down to 20 mg/day for the past month due to not having the money to order more. My skin is still clear and not oily at all, and I still back Urantia up 100%.

well im still awaiting an order from urantia for another batch i orderd before posting my previous post, i can now say that i think they maybe having a little bit of an effect, but i think a far greater dose is needed which really in turn isnt much cheaper than buying another generic as i could take less isogem and it would hjave more effect than this is but i think it may be startin to kick in now my lips are a little dry etc so hopefully when i get the batch delieverd i will try double dosing and see if that helps but doing it that way isnt gonna be any cheaper really so after that i will just look for somewhere i can buy isogem cheaper i think, thanks for your replys

Watup 'tane lovaz!! I'm so stoked I found this forum confirming what I thought was too good to be true! I've had acne for the past 10 years and used to get Accutane prescribed from my uncle, who's a general practitioner, whenever I started breaking out. Due to all this "iPledge" craziness he can't prescribe iso anymore and I've been pulling missions to Tijuana to get roaccutane - getting prescribed by Mexican dermatologists and having an anxiety attack everytime at the border (even though I'm pretty sure foreign prescriptions are honored at customs)! I'm just about to order my first batch from urantia and was just wondering, for the people in SoCal who have experience is there anything I should expect as far as downtime? Perhaps a letter from New York initially and then a period after that? How does it work? Thank all y'all God bless this forum!

Hey all, I just went to my derm to get back on accutane (I was on it before several years ago for a 6 month course) and because of all the "iPledge" garbage I probably wont be able to get it- so I'm going to get it online.

What website is the best? I've read most of the posts and am torn between urantiapharma and goldpharma. Why do you guys keep saying that goldpharma sells real Roche accutane? I'm on the website right now looking at this stuff and I'm seeing: "Aknenormin 20mg 60 capsules" and "Isotret hexal 20mg kapseln".. among others but nothing says "Roche Roaccutane", how do you know what you're getting? The only websites I've seen that show pics of Roche Roaccutane are pharmashoponline and orderpharma.

I've heard horror stories about orderpharma being terribly unreliable and next to nothing about pharmashop online. Urantiapharma is a ton cheaper but my acne is pretty bad for my age (I'm 23) so I want the real deal, not a weaker substitute.

Any advice would be a big help guys. Thanks a lot.

Hi Matt-
I just checked Goldpharma's website and there were two posts for Roche Roaccutan, it is called Roaccutan in Europe. One for 10 mg and one for 20mg x 30. 20mgx30 is I think 44 on the list.

I have used this and it is great legit and dispensed from pharmacies in Greece, the EU has stringent regulations regarding pharmaceuticals just as well as the US does, as I am sure you are aware of. It is produced in Greece by Roche.

I have also used Cipla, which worked for me. Cipla is what Urantiapharma sells.

Some people on here dont talk about how it works but I will..When I first started using these pills I started forming cyst within a week in a half..After that, I kid yall not them joints was gone within three weeks..My lips are VERY VERY dried and so is my face which sux but I use cetaphil cuz it works wonders. I have had symtoms but very mild such as headaches and chapped lips and my face is dried. The zits are like pealing off.. I want to say this, if u put oil in your hair, that makes your zits worse..Gel, oil sheen, grease all of that makes it worse so STOP IT and try to use something that is for hair AND FACE!!!! Anyways, it really works and for this price, u cant knock it..urantipharma pills r the truth forreal..i recommend you guys getting it cuz I need to hurry and order some more..i ran out ( i was broke for a while) lol..once i do, i will continue and keep u guys updated, I wish I can show u guys some before and after but, i can't on here..good luck and if u guys have any questions, i can answer them cuz Im going thru it all

Ashley-

Have you ever been prescribed Accutane by a dermatologist? I'm not doctor but when I was taking it with my dermatologist's supervision he told me that the effect that you get is gradual, not instant and on top of that that everyone responds differently. I've only been on it once- and my skin looked like crap for 4 of the 6 months, just had the dryness but by the middle of the 5th month it started to clear and by the 6th month my skin was almost 100% clear.

I'd say its worth it to shell out the extra cash though, in order to get quality meds and you'll end up spending more money in the long run anyhow if you don't.

Anyhow- where are you getting your isotretinoin? Urantiapharma? I've just ordered some from goldpharma. If it turns out to be garbage I'm going to give bmpharmacy a shot.

Good luck.

Matt, it looks like Goldpharma sells a lot of different brands from different manufacturers of isotretinoin. I don't want to get burned...which one did you order that's no good. I was thinking of ordering the one from the manuf. Actavis. I googled this company and it seems definitely legit.
Thanks!

@ matt yes from urantiapharma, and i normally respond to accutane within the fist month, the fact is i was on generic isogem for 2 months and i was almost totally clear i finished them and started these and my skin is disgusting been on em ages and u would think if it was still isotretinoin i would stay the same as i was as i havent had a break from taking isotretinoin i went straight from isogem to these.... but hell no!! thats why im thinking these are crap!

Hopeful-
Yeah I figured that as well, they sell different amounts of isotretinoin from different pharmacies.
If you google the pharmaceutical companies, most of them seem legit. I went with the Isotret from Hexal. It hasn't got here yet so I can't tell you whether it's BS or not.
Also I'm not basing that off anything other than the fact that they are a German pharmacy and I've had good experiences with getting meds in Germany. I'll post here when they arrive.
