8mg. dilaudid pills are = to like 4mgs. IV/shot. I have been in and out of the hospital for the last 5 years with several serious surgeries. This is my pain killer of choice. NOTHING else works,(and I only weigh 108 lbs.). Don't let anyone fool you!

i find an 8mgs rush is kinda like a 100mg kadian morephine. Some ppl get pain from the kadian but ive heard thats a sign of oding. If you do an 8mg at leaste once a day every day then you should be fine. I have no problem. this site may help you? ive used it a few times. For my chronic pain that has me screaming every morning, I believe you would likely be out of pain while my dose of a lesser pain killer barely takes the edge off mine. It's not easy to get dilaudid from any MD I heard off. But I was once sent home with it for post surgery use. I admit, with a high opiate tolerance this stuff normally cuts straight thu.
I know of nothing that is really fair to compare it too. |

1 HaHa I agree! I thought it would be great to get 100mg MS Contin pills I now get am authority for 60 per month I now cant go without them without getting the worst withdrawls the flu plus 10! I wish I never started taking them! I now have 2 very bad addiction and now taking 400mg a day instead of the original 200. I cant afford to sell or lose any as I will get severe withdrawls! I agree Dont begin ur way down this track its horrible and it will slowly control u! |

One 8mg dilaudid is equivalent to approximately 3 4mg tablets all at once. For some reason the higher the dosage, the more concentrated it is. These can be swallowed, sniffed, smoked (my personal favorite method), or shot up - although I would not recommend shooting the pills. I have seen seasoned heroin addicts overdose shooting up just one 8mg tablet. Also, for some reason, the 1, 2, and 4mg tablets DO NOT smoke. However, the 8mg tabs smoke beautifully.(I personally recommend taking them as directed.) |

I've been told by more than 1 doctor that one mg of dilaudid is equivalent to approximately 30mg of Oxycontin. Mg for mg it's much more potent than OC but much shorter acting because no time release in dilaudid. Use extreme caution when using this powerful drug.

about the ssame as morphine 60mg. very good pain killing medication last about 6 hours if you can find a doctor to prescribe it.
