Reverse Drug stings are nothing more than law enforcement offering drug sales to people this is unacceptable for anyone to break the law thinking they are enforcing the law, this is what has lead America to becoming nothing more than a gulag prison camp, modern slavery, exploitation of the poor, and to think once this country had liberty, well its far from that now, soon we will have nothing more than razor wire and concert for the citizens. All because of a drug war that most Americans do not even want.

Mike , could not have said it better myself. I am mentally arming my mind for the coming insurrection. It's already happening most Americans don't believe anything the system says anymore. It is all lies and corruption, at some point it becomes like Marilyn Manson sung:

we don't need credibility cuz we're fuckin incredible

First off, I know that buying and selling is against the law... So now that that's out of the way,......

I always found it funny that Law Enforement can bust you for selling drugs obviously but then they can possess the drugs, and sell them to somebody and then bust the person for buying.. What a messed up world!! I understand settin upa dealer that wants to buy 50 kilos or whatever... But posting as a street dealer and busting the addict for a small, personal use amount if any drug is just screwed up!!!

racist in the sense that cops would try to bust smal time users. i mean really, is the justice system so desperate for money that they need to do that to get people wrapped up in the "probation game", or do they think this will help them win the never ending war on drugs, because let me say 2 things. 1 the war on drugs will never end because if someone wants to get high, they will.. by all means available. 2.) the people they need to bust are to distributors and suppliers since thats who is keeping the use of drugs rampat in america, not to mention the drug cartels and the cia. i mean comeone, mexico was seriously considering making all drugs legal this year (yes there was a bill for this) to curve the violence from the drug cartels. atleast one american country realizes this war is something that cannot be "won"

How is busting small time users racist? 1. Crackers are just as likely to use drugs as anyone else 2. It's more costly to keep them in Jail and provide a public defender

I would agree that the war on drugs will likely never cease in this America. The reason being exactly why Idaho and a few other states gives such severe penalties for even the most petty of crimes: the industry created by penal systems. Cops, prison guards, parole officers, and high ranking officials who are being paid copious sums of money by criminal networks. War is the same way. We go into Iraq for the wrong reason. Why, because Halliburton Enterprises makes billions of dollars when war happens. Many others make alot from these choices as well. It's really quite pathetic that our gov't is so corrupt that they would rather it's citizens be the victims of all kinds of crime, mostly theft, because someone needs to get their fix. I'm not putting down the majority of people who use drugs. It should be anyone's right to do with their body whatever they want as long as it doesn't harm others.

Birdhat80 you are 100% correct busting someone for personal use amounts is never going to help the person it only devastates liberty in america.

It is always good to check recommendations before using recreational drugs. But if i am unwed will the Clearwater Police stack charges, and demand stiffer penalties if i am under the influence wile committing the crime of helping a 19 year old unwed mom purchase food for her baby? Does this drug supplier require a copy of my marriage license before selling a recreational drug?

Please read the book before thumping. There are thousands of religious leaders who misquote the letter from God. Nobody will be taken anywhere. Watch Shepard's Chapel if you don't want to read the bible. Chapter by Chapter, verse by verse.

well the good news is that 16 of the states have already made legal amrijuana available with a card.. i would imagine the rest will now follow suit. after this goes on for a period of maybe 10 years, you will notice drugs systematically being decriminalized because lets face it, its a loosing battle. look at mexico, they made small amounts of personal use legal and are having no problems with that, but the problems they are having reside in the cartels who feed americas never ending demand for dope. if we legalize it, we will stop violence here, but abroad. the gov't is ridiculous, if we have freedom, give us the freedom to make our own damn decisions
