Why do you defend Methadone like it's some sort of magical pill? Have you ever heard of Suboxone? It's a lot easier to wean yourself from that than Methadone. But if you want to continue to make the owners of the Methadone clinic rich, then have it sister, I'm not here to convince you otherwise, just trying to give you some information to chew on if you would only listen instead of continuing to have a conversation with yourself. What happenes is say you go to the doctor and you hurt you're back they give you pain meds.Then you find out that you can't stop taking them you're hooked.You have to go though W/D wich most people can't seem to make it though.That's were this clinics step in they lie to you and tell you that you can take Methadone and have a good life and then they will ween you off of it.Methadone is one of the most powerfull drug's to date.So you're hooked on a anouther drug so there give you more drug's to get off of drug's.As you can see it has cured a great many Addict's.LOLO.It's a con game you stay on Methadone until you die or you get wise and go get help some were eles.It' not A Magical drug at all.It's the DEVIL'S DRUG!!! |

So true, but I guess it's okay for the hard core addicts who have no intention of ever getting themselves clean. Remember MMT stands for methadone maintenance treatment. They don't really want you to ever wean yourself from it nor do they really ever try to help you wean. That's how they stay in business. |

Sound like a gimmick to me, I just dont understand how people thinks it works, seems to me its kinda like for instance, you smoke marlboro full flavor then say I'm gonna smoke marlboro lights, you are stll smoking, right? drug is a drug, I've known people that have came of the hardest of drugs and they didn't need "METHADONE" to come back to reality, which it wasn't easy but they did it without any MMT...:))
