Smokers who really want to quit should each sue the organized drug dealers for one billion dollars.

These dealers, of course, are the states they live in. With one billion dollars to spend the odds of quitting successfully might increase.

Nicotene is actually a source of nicotenic acid, which is what niacin is. People who pick up cigarettes may very well be trying to get niacin into their bodies. To fight the urge, it may very well be a good idea to see what foods are high in niacin, or to supplement the diet with the vitamin.

"Vitamin B-3 exists as the amide in nature, in nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD). Pure nicotinamide and niacin are synthetics. Niacin was known as a chemical for about 100 years before it was recognized to be vitamin B-3. It is made from nicotine, a poison produced in the tobacco plant to protect itself against its predators, but in the wonderful economy of nature which does not waste any structures, when the nicotine is simplified by cracking open one of the rings, it becomes the immensely valuable vitamin B-3. "

That's exactly what I said 46 years ago, "I need some niacin, so I think I'll start smoking".

Anyway, I'm getting my vitamins, and I'm enjoying it immensely.

And if they had (insert text-Book Definition here)
they could very well put them down and

quit

blaming the environment as the culprit,

humans have only evolved as a means to provide the "So Called Intelligent Thought" something to Dwell in,

This will then take the next step and Blow your mind so to speak away when you catch on......

and of course in about a thousand years we are going to be laughing at just how "Pri-mate-ive" a time this was,

so keep it or not time has

always ben there for the measure,

so have one want you,

Why quit? If it makes you feel good, then keep smoking. We all have to die sometime. Plus they are making leaps in lung cancer research and should have a cure within 20 years. Oh wait they already have a few but the FDA won't release it cause the drug companies are making too much money on medicines that don't do anything.

What's amazing, is the fact that when these people started smoking in the first place, they IGNORED their bodys rejection of the smoke they had just inhailed. Usually coughing means "I guess I shouldn't be doin' this"

Even after hacking their brains out, and turning green, they continued. How dumb is that?

That's right,.....blame someone else for smoking. It seems to be the trend.

I think quick walking would help in the case of smoking but only if your house was on fire and you walked away
quickly from it quickly, so to avoid the posibility of inhaling any smoke!

Daily Horoscope for December 23

Scorpio

Be careful how you handle a certain someone today because their mood is little short of incendiary. They'll jump down your throat if you dare to disagree with them, and then accuse you of being a wimp if you decide that it would be better to agree with everything they say. You can't win! If they really get on your wick, you'll have to give them a piece of your mind, even if it is supposed to be the season of goodwill to all men. Huh!
