Don not label this nut case as an Aids Activist...she is not one..she is a complete nut who needs to be in a state hospital.

It is time this sick individual be placed where she belongs...PRISON. She is a leech sucking off the people of the state of PA. If anyone else did the things she did , they would be sent away for a long time.

The phenobarbital was probably used to make her appear helpless, so she could sucker another victim. She most likely gave herself enough to make her appear like she was having problems. She should have used Succinocholine as then we would not have to be paying for her long stay in prison. It would save us taxpayers the headache of her wasting our tax dollars on her sorry butt.

with the straight bail she can go through a bail bondsman where she will need 7 - 10 percent to get out.

I heard she lived in a car. at least in prison the other woman inmates won't pity her. She is a mentally disturbed leech on society, and should be caged and spayed.

She is a pathological liar, even now she continues to lie stating she got the drugs from a site for terminally ill patients, when she is far from terminal. And don't believe that crap she needs a wheelchair

Casey is a good person at heart. She has done much to advance ASSOAIDS (Awareness of AIDS). The Lord will deliver her from this persecution.

If she is so "kind-hearted", why don't YOU post her bail, "Friend"? Then you can experience the same fraud that the charities and churches experienced. Go ahead and add your money to the $67,000. "AIDS activist"! An activist for her self is more like it. The only way she brings awareness is by drawing attention to her self through deception.

this woman needs to do time in prison...I don't feel the least bit sorry for someone who uses HIV/AIDS to get pity...my father lost one of his best friends to AIDS (he was in an accident in the 80s and got a transfusion, so sad)...this man's boyfriend of like 15 years had to bury him when he was 35...the story of this woman had him so angry...he said she shouldn't park her pity van anywhere near his door...so many people are suffering with HIV/AIDS and this woman uses it to get money...that is absurd...oh and Friend...if she was such a good damn person than why'd the bitch lie?...I hope someone who is wheelchair bound tips hers and runs her ass over!...people like this get me so mad...knowing that someone who was like an uncle to me died at a young age from such a horrible disease

they need to just let the bitch stay in her van like she is now...I don't care how many people think I am cruel and unfair...my dad watched his best friend suffer for years...back when medication for AIDS was scarce...this bitch was only going into the doctor for friggin Vicondin and Morphine...my dad's friend would have sold his home and than some to get medicine that would have kept him on earth just a few more days which is how I am sure most people suffering from such a devestating illness feel.

I do not understand why the press gives this story so much publicity. The last time I read an article about Ms. Weierbach it stated she was staying at LV Hospital Muhlenberg since September. I am wondering WHO is paying this hospital bill, and also why is she there for so long. I am quite sure her hospital bill is more than the $67,000 for which she is charged defrauding the state. Add to that the legal costs. Is it worth while persuing this individual when there are more criminals to persue. I also cannot understand how a person in the hospital is able to get drugs. It is obvious that someone is NOT doing their job. Now, the Lehigh County tax papers can pay for this woman to be in the Lehigh County Prison. It appears to me that it would be in the best interest of all PA taxpapers to free this woman. All of this nonsense is costing the tax papers lots of money. Let's put tax payers money to a better use.

Actually, with a striaght bail for the amount of $5,000.00, it has to be paid in full in order for her to be released from Lehigh County Prison. That is the condition of the 'straight' bail.

Did it ever occur to you that she may have been released and got the drugs then?? Why make accusations of hard working health care people of not doing their jobs! She is the criminal here. Your suggestion to take her out of jail ,what only to have her swindle more people or go back into a hospital where you can pay more of her bills through MA? It is probably cheaper to house her in prison than in a hospital .

I said to let her live in her van...she's been doing quite well there...she shouldn't be allowed in any hospital...MA will not allow her back in the system
