More then half of the patients that come to the hospital are drug seekers. As a nurse we get patients that want pain meds and benedryl IV. These patients want more and more and then want to go smoke. How can you have such pain but still want to go down and smoke. This is just another case of blame.
Smoking, huh? I see.

Listen, no one is bashing the girl, but yet...it still took her hand to put said drugs in her mouth.
Defend your profession ...by all means...
Once again..I know a bit about drugs...those that take them, those that left their children behind, and those am working with now...
So...My Bad!

Smoking...???~soft laugh~

thats what im sayin, theirs some major pieces missing to this puzzle, its really too bad for the girls child though, only 6 years old, tragic, i hope everything works, maybe they could sue the hospital and at least get some money, now i am NOT saying that would be the way to go, im just saying it might help out in a time when everything counts, of course it could turn out into an even bigger mess too, which in hindsight in probably would.

and i dont mean to sound like a prick here, but how the article ends with... what was it exactly? i think the last sentence was something like "and her six year old son just keeps saying mommy's in heaven now" total cheese, I KNOW ITS TRAGIC YES, but that has nothing to do with the actual incident at hand people, bad journalism in my opinion, total fucking cheese, cheesey McCheeserson, i almost threw up when i read that last sentence from the amount of cheese in that one final sentence. if you ask me, whoever wrote that article ruined it bc of the last sentence. am i the only one who feels this way?(bout the cheese of the last sentence that is, well and i suppose the missing pieces too, but that parts prettayyy freakin obvious that we're all missing some info here on this story)

DC tells it like it is wrote:
How could they lock up a 23 year old for murder. Hospitals kill people every day. Drugs, doctors give..kill people every day. Sounds like a total cover up and makes me made as hell.
The poor guy.
Hope you are right ...He Bites.
Dude... get your facts straight... this is about a 32 year old man selling a xanax pill to a 23 year old female while they were both in the hospital... And her taking the pill and it mixing with her already prescribes medicine and killing her... Wtf r u talking about???

While I agree on a personal level with some of the comments here, that she was responsible for taking the med, the fact is that from a legal point of view, he is guilty of providing the pill(s) to her.
We may agree or disagree with that, but it is what it is. There have been a number of successful prosecutions of people where I live , that either gave or sold their methadone to someone, who then OD'd.
Bottom line is, that it is a tragedy for everyone involved, including all the families as well.

I can recommend a reputable online pharmacy http://trustgenericmeds.info
I figured it would be enough to give the pills a try and I was quite satisfied with the result. I hope this info will be of any help to the community.
This drug has changed my life. I have always had an anxiety problem since I was a child. Didn't have a good childhood, got picked on because I was fat, etc. My parents always faught and everything would just worry me. Some nights I couldn't sleep. I've been suffering from anxiety and panic attacks for so long. I feel like people are talking bad about me. I used to get paranoid and get really anxious in public and had social pobia. I can cope with everything now.

One thing to keep in mind is that not all the details are released in this article..... For one, it doesnt say how much he gave her or if she willingly took it or how he got an amount that would cause harm..... He should be held accountable and so should the hospital!! No one is thinking about the son it says that was left behind without a mother!
A mother who in this case sounded like she was just the best of the best.!!!! NOT she was looking for drugs and she found them! Maybe her child will have a better chance to grow up, with out someone like that trying to raise him

Daily Horoscope for June 2

Virgo

You're feeling restless and need to introduce as much variety into your day as possible. However, you'll want this to be on your own terms, and you certainly won't like it if plans are changed without your consent or you feel you've lost control of the situation. Try to take everything in your stride, otherwise you'll end up feeling exhausted and frazzled.
