corby's whiskey

There seems to be an acute shortage of Corby's in the Detroit area. Does anyone have info on this? My FIL is in short supply and getting nervous.

It seems indeed the distillers have stopped making Corby's. Is there anything out there with comparable taste?

My store in Cleveland just ran out and the clerk says its been discontinued.After being a customer for 43 years thats a nice way to learn without any prior warning.

I found out the company that was distilling it got bought out. The new co. hasn't filed the proper paper work to sell in MI. Contact your liquor commission to ccontact the new co. to initiate the paper work. A friend found some Corby'sn Buffalo, NY that has the parrot on the label. This is an "A" blend and tasted too smooth for my FIL. He likes the cheeper stuff so no one else will drink his.

Does anyone know where we can find Corby's in Wisconsin. My mother has been drinking Corby's since 1930. She is very frustrated that we are having a problem finding it.

And yes i am serious, it was the official drink of my college soccer team and the captain is getting married and i couldn't think of a better present to surprise him with.

I am serious about the offer...do you still have them available??? My father posted earlier...Bill from Baraboo...we are still searching! On the last 18oz of the handle and then it's gone! HELP!

I have recently bought a old house.While remolding we found aa old room that was full of old (proapanation?)Whisky there are cases.My question is how much would a 80 year bottle of cutty sark be worth?

I am in search of a bottle of Corbys Whiskey. It was the only whiskey my father drank, and thought it would be an amazing Xmas gift for him. My fathers initials are "RB" and when he saw CoRBys in the bar the first time he walked into one, that was his only drink of choice!! I'm still hoping that someone will contact me and tell me that they have a bottle of Corby's for sale!!! Unfortunetly my Father passed away before we could ever find a bottle!!! I just would like to have a bottle for our family!!! Please post any info!!!

off, they have 'Zosia' on their antique
