Monster??? I have a brother who, two summers ago drank so many monsters in a month that he got leg cramps when he laid down to sleep from all the crap in them and not getting enough water or sunlight.
So then... Monster is not the answer.
could it be... that Water tastes better than any soda ever???!!??(at least when you exercise an hour or more a day and you're healthily consuming your 2 liters of water and good food).

next time you want a soda, think about how soda tastes right after exercising. Horrible. Don't believe me?
Run for half an hour and the instant you stop force yourself to drink soda, and see if I'm not right.
That's how it always tastes, you just aren't always aware of it though.
