A prospective study found that the more coffee an adult drinks, the lower their risk seems to be for developing basal cell carcinoma, a common type of skin cancer.

Coffee does seem to have many credible benefits.I myself usually drink at least 4 cups per day,sometimes up to 8 cups.Steph.
