Cerro de Pasco, on July 28, 1904 during the Inoguration of the finalized train tracks. Over 5000 attendies (Media,Mayors,Lawyers) ect... Then opened up BAR MORRIS in Lima later to serve his famous creation... Viva Peru..

Asi como tambien los alfajores, la chicha de jora y la mazamorra morada. El hombrecito Victor Vaughen Morris era un zopilotas muy enamorado de Rosa la de la pollera colorada que vendia burifarras con Fidel Tubino, un italiano cojudo que llego a ser Gerente de la NO- catolica universidad de Lima.
