The new housing development is above the area that flooded in 2004.
As to the buildings that are sitting empty now, I don't know what ought to happen. Maybe folks want the City to buy them up and turn them into parks and greenways?

It's well known and has been featured in magazines and on tv. Lots of raves. There is no middle ground on what folks think about it. They either love it or hate it. My take: Food is sort of piled around in a pie tin. There are lots of flies, inside and out. There usually is a line to get in and order. I can't figure out what anyone sees in it but hey, everyone has their own tastes. 12 Bones just isn't a place I would go more than one time. |
