To my uncle Rudolf in Stuttgart who taught me in my youth to never completely trust a fart. Because of his advice, I avoided purchasing more underwear than necessary.

I have been married to my wife for almost fifty-one years. She was born and raised in Stuttgart. Over the years I have been to Stuttgart many times. I agree that Stuttgarter Hofbräu is the best beer. Having tried many times to find a local outlet in Florida that sells it has not been successful so I asked a nephew that lives in the Stuttgart area to check with Stuttgarter Hofbräu to see if they could be able to help. BAD NEWS, GUYS AND GALS. Stuttgarter Hofbräu informed him that they do not export any of their beers to the USA. That nephew, along with his girlfriend, his father and his father's wife are arriving here on May 19 for a three week visit with us. I hope they bring a few bottles of Stuttgarter Hofbräu with them.

I had hoped for this day to come when you could go to the store and get a rack of Stuttgarter Hofbrau. I was stationed at Schwabisch-Gmund and drank it all the time. Please send it to Michigan...
