I’m positive I have not commented negatively about legalizing pot. Maybe someone using my name seems to be two people on here that do from time to time. I did comment on the poll for legalizing it but nothing negative. Testing at the union huh? Watch out they are making sure you are communist and walking lock step with them lol. In all seriousness if your company performs well "out performs" industry of course you should get raises, profit sharing, bonuses etc. I just don’t feel you need a union to do this. I work for a company now no union and they do something very similar. I am not a smoker of cigs but do enjoy a good cigar from time to time. Good luck with your testing.

I've noticed you seem to have an identity crisis..There are more than one of you !!! Actually the union was voted in before I got there.. As far as commie.Think about it.All of our blood is RED !! LOL... Back to the union.. The reason they are there is because of past Ops manager. Our current ops manager isn't much better.. I understand who butters my bread.. I also know if given the chance he would give all of us a shit sandwich... Most of our people are good workers..You have slackers,union or non union. As far as my testing..No need to study!!!
