even if honestly the owner of round the clock is the ivestor of the porperty across the street... why does he have to make it another "restaurant" and create competition when he could have easily built a better choice of income like better rental homes or an exciting activity center for the community or possibily a giant billboard for rt30 advestising the round the clock diner!!
question yourself too

If you want healthier food make it yourself or open your own restaurant. And please refrain from telling me what choices I need to make.
You mean like when you tell them if they want healthier food to make it yourself or open their own restaurant?

Seems like they made a choice to make a statement about healthier eating in their community. Hope that's OK with you; if not you can always make the choice to refrain from reading a public forum in which people express opinions.

How about creating more entertainment in York instead of more food?

Could it be that he is a smart business man and you are the one that will always be running' the french fries machine as you have all the brilliant ideas but they are dumb.

No kidding. Long over-due. But based on the "fear" of anything outside of chain restaurants and clubs - I think that those kind of joints you mentioned just stay away. Its a backwards mentality that maybe, MAYBE someday the York area will break away from?
Gee, I don't know, perhaps because it's his money and he gets to decide how to spend it...

no one is disputing that. just a response as to those asking for something different from the normal chains.

Do they serve coffee?‘Cause sometimes I just love to sit and read my paper while sipping coffee. And it better be as great tasting as what I have at home. Check it out here: http://capressocoffeemakerreviews.com/

So the owner of Round the Clock is going to let a competitor build right across the street? Hmm.
Round The Clock owns the land, guess they can say who rents and who does not. Food is not the same, they both will do just fine.

Daily Horoscope for June 2

Virgo

You're feeling restless and need to introduce as much variety into your day as possible. However, you'll want this to be on your own terms, and you certainly won't like it if plans are changed without your consent or you feel you've lost control of the situation. Try to take everything in your stride, otherwise you'll end up feeling exhausted and frazzled.
