Daley has sold out Chicago to the highest bidder, mostly his 11 ward friends. Hopefully, "Little Nero" will be the Fed's next indictment. Mayor Washington, you left us much too soon, R.I.P.

Roti, Banks, Fast Eddie V. and the almighty Eddie Burke would not allow an indictment on Da Mayor. And that applied to the first crook. I'm sure this one has his flunkies.

I've been following since January. He and Beatty lied during a grand jury testimony about their involvement in the firing of a Detroit police head. The Free Press got a hold of text messages between the two of them. The Freedom of Info Act allowed them to get the texts because these geniuses were texting from Detroit taxpayers paid phones. I fail to see how KK is being made an example. Do you condone lying under oath?

Kayla, Go the Detroit Free Press website and read all the articles on KK. The gist is he lied in court (perjury)about having an affair that caused the city to pay millions in a court settlement then he lied to the city council (honest service) about the settlement deal, fought with a sheriff's deputy (assaulting an officer) and left the country without notifying the court (bail violation). He's a scumbag no good hip-hop gangsta wannabe who rode his mommy's coat tail to the mayor's office.

Beautiful buildings, historic skyscrapers and storefronts sit empty. The downtown area is a ghost town. I really hope there can be some positive change for the people that live there.

The main issue is that KK had an affair with CB and lied about under oath and cost the city of Detroit $9M. This city is already struggling financially and facing the bankruptcy/closure of thh three automobile makers left in the city. Detroit was sued by an ex-police chief and another top cop becuase they were fired for not covering up KK's affair with CB. It has nothing to due with him being black. Most of the peopl in the city of Detroit are black.

Wow, it's obvious you don't know the facts in this case and have been drinking the kool-aid! You should know at least some of the facts before you post as it makes you look shall we say "not so bright". Your post is way off base, way off. This guy has committed multiple crimes for which he's about to be tried and has ruined quite a few lives.
