Ex-Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick faces deposition in slain stripper lawsuit

Face it people he has his fingers in this fiasco too......

Kwame Kilpatrick should be wearing an orange jump suit and leg irons.

He can't tell the truth and if he lies it could come back on him. So he takes the 5th and even that can come back to bite him. As far as KK is concerned in this case, it's mostly about quashing the investigation rather than implication in a murder, but who knows?

Yatooma made a funny statement yesterday about deposing Cristine Beatty. He said, "After all, Ms. Beatty was the arms and legs, eyes and ears to Kwame all through this." The image I conjured up was funny ans scary at the same instant.

Interesting that Gary Brouwn, a key principal to the supposed party incident that got him fired, is now working hard to kill any evidence and suppress the case against the city. Of course, he already has his millions and works for the other side now.

Evidently, KK does not go to the strip club. He brings the club to himself. It's Carlita that does the hitting. At one point it was supposed to be a baseball bat she used. The cycle dude said it was a table leg I believe. My God, she must have broken the leg off the table first. Maybe she just had to lean on it. Yatooma is a lot cooler than people realize and he is on a mission.

KK CRIMINAL is not going to be able to sit there on the stand like the stupid idiot that he is and act like he doesn't know anything the Feds will get to the bottom of it and so will Yatooma.

I can't understand why they are allowing him to wear a suit so he can sit there with that stupid smerk on his face and try to look innocent he should get real used to that orange suit!!!

The deposition took five hours and while the information is sealed, his attorney said he answered all the questions, as opposed to taking the 5th. Who knows if that's the truth? The judge still allows another two hours of questioning. I guess the idea is that Yatooma now questions Bernard and Carlita and then comes back to Kwame with follow-up. That's some pretty intense questioning, more like an inquisition.
