Just keep operating the way city and county officials have been operating fer decades and this is where u wind up! Greed, short sightedness and downright cover ups have given this southeastern mi area quite a bad deserved reputation as far as city and county govt operate. Why do u think under aerotropolis in Wikipedia the airport is mentioned as example of corruption. Face the facts!

If merging is a way to consolidate services and save money overall, it's a good idea. If moving is just a way to socialize the excesses of Detroit, then it's a bad thing. Anything that is done will have to be forced on Detroit because they won't agree to anything on their own.
