Cox promises to fight off opponents Shaq-style

Full story: Detroit Free Press

Michigan's 5-foot-7 Attorney General Mike Cox likened himself to NBA giant Shaquille O'Neal on Wednesday -- forced to fight off opponents determined to foul -- as he launched a weeklong tour to close out his campaign for the Republican gubernatorial nomination.

I knew he was a pip-squeak. I just did not know he was that short. It's the Napoleon complex coming out now. I'm not sure if Shaq cheated on is wife though.

Wouldn't it be great if Kwame got even by testifying today that there was a Manoogian Mansion party and Cox was there getting a lap dance.

Jimmy Carter was a physicist on a navy nuclear sub and look what a poor president he was?

I certainly give Cox credit for his service. He probably could kick Dan as you say. He may even be the better governor. My only beef is with his character because he does have a track record of being very frugal with the truth.

So much for judging people by the content of their character.
Look at what electing looks got us - Slick Willy and his wandering one-man skin flute band - and I'm quite sure he cheated on his wife!:)

We are in a no win situation here in this state in our govenors race for the simple fact in southeast michigan is where most of the states population lives and due to that fact it will always pay the state the most in taxes. Lansing knows this no matter who resides in the governors mansion knowing the rest of the state is mostly swamp land and will never be developed to better spread out the tax burden that falls on the people who live in southeast lower michigan !

Don't forget the cranberry bogs and the most productive blueberry farms in the world. Michigan alone grows more blueberries than the second world wide producer-all of Canada. Then there are the cherries. This is very valuable swampland. So we got swampland and wasteland.

COX is AWOL when it comes to protecting consumers of the State of Michigan. He is too busy sucking up to the Detroit Democrats to be bothered with being Attorney General.
