Cleveland ,Ohio looks like a slowing down city. Kind of people having lost taste in entrepreneurship and leaving the place.

My own nephew was involved in a little entrepreneurial activity and said the majority of the white kids, or any kids peddling dope in the suburbs would go to the city to get it. I have a good friend in the city that used to be in the business as well, and most of his cliental was young white kids. The pills and meth you get in the suburbs, but the weed, crack, heroin, and ecstasy are mostly in the inner city. People are taking all of that crap in the suburbs though. White people seem to really like drugs.
