Soldier gets jail time for molesting girl, 12

I know this Guy, and I know he is innocent. I do not believe his defense attorney did all they could to help him.
out of all of the people there to testify and the letters given to the defense not everything was presented.
Yes he is gullible but i know he would not hurt his family in any way.
The 12 girl in ? I know for a fact she has problems and i also know that her father has it in to make this families life a living hell any way he can.
We were asked for statements about Cortis and they were never used by the defense. I am upset that they wasted my time asking me to give statements and never used them.
After hours of questioning by investigators you would break also.
I believe the Army let him, his family and the U.S. down by convicting an innocent person.

its amazing that his defense council sat like a lump on a log for the entire hearing...cort never even had a fair chance at a trial, he was convicted in their minds as soon as B opened her coniving little mouth...anyone who thinks this man got what he deserves, I truly hope you each come across your very own B someday and see exactly how life ends up working out for you. this way it cost your government/military less to just speak him guilty than fighting for the truth.

Cortis Sloan is Innocent! The Truth Shall be told and this man exhonorated of these charges.

I am Cortis's oldest daughter and i was there the night this was said to be know and it did NOT happen. this girl was my step sister just telling a lie so she could go live with her dad. now because the military was "tring to prove a point" that "they were taking this kind of thing very seriously." Well let me clue you in the defence was a piece of shit and didnt help my dad at all. now my dad has a beautiful 4 year old daughter growing up with out her daddy. to be honest my dad would never do anything like that to any kid. He has raised me since i was 9 months on his own and i am now 18 years old... so make sure everyone gets their facts straight from someone who was there and was at the trial and was on the stand tring to fight at only 15

The German justice system is not the best and you have to understand there is a lot of anti American sentiment in Germany and France and I'm suree they Like very much to imprison an American soldier
